Personal and quick
I can't believe my carpet actually came clean. It is really old and was so disgusting, but I thought I would try zerorez to see if it might help the carpet last a bit longer. I was shocked! We have had professional cleaning companies come and try before with very little success. There is always a soapy smell, where with zerorez there wasn't any smell, just clean! I couldn't be happier with the job! I loved the fact no harsh chemicals were used and no residue was left.
We needed several fans for the first 12-18 hrs. It would have been nice to have several to help with the drying time. Other then that. We will be back. We are very happy with the results of our carpet cleaning.
I have been working with zerorez to fix an issue with my cleaning. I was told that a tech was coming to evaluate the situation to see if I would be getting a partial refund on my service. It was been a few weeks and I haven't heard from anyone at zerorez.
Our technician Isaias was wonderful. being that we have a one week old baby girl in our home I really liked that there was no chemicals involved. Everything was explained very well to us and all of our questions were answered. I will use Zerorez again in the future and have already spoken with to a couple others about how much we liked the job that was well done.

Great technician, very through. Carpets were not soaking wet for a whole day after like the last company I had. They look incredible & my stairs are clean & the carpet fluffy again! Very happy!

Actually your guy showed up 1 1/2 hours late. I was not very happy about that! He gave mea free spot cleaning kit. He was very nice and I really liked the job he did on my carpet. It was dry in just a few hours, as he promised. Yes, I'll use you again!
I understand there are no chemicals and soaps in this carpet cleaning process. Naturally there would be no residue like in other commercial carpet cleaners.

Having two experiences to compare to one another, with the second being somewhat better than the first, I still feel that Zerorez exagerates it's actual capability. I was also surprised to hear that each technician is a little different in the way they clean. For example, some pre-treat the entire area as standard practice, and some don't. I would have thought that a cleaning company would have policies that remained constant, no matter the technician. The other thing that was very unprofessional was the office. I was called the day of to see if I could move my appt. up by a few hours. I was able to move up some, but not as much as was asked. The secretary said she would get back to me with my new appt. time. I never heard from her and assumed that I was to keep my original appt. time. The technicians showed up at the earlier time frame and said that they hadn't been contacted as to my unavailability by the secretary. I again told them when the earliest time would be, and they called the office back as they left. I again did not get any kind of communication from the office and the technicians showed up again a little while later saying that they had talked with her and she told them she would contact us, which never happened. The only compliment I can give is to say that all the technicians were friendly and courteous, and that it was easy to set up appts. After having such glowing reviews, I expected MUCH better...very disappointed.
