I had to pay 650.00. My master bedroom carpet still has the same stains on them that they had when he first came.

Easy to schedule, cleaner let me know when he would arrive, he was very professional, wore shoe protectors and put guard stands to protect wall corners. He was fast and did a great job. The carpet was dry by evening and it looked great.
The lobby tile was pretty darn good, just a few dirty grout spots. The downstairs bathrooms, the tile was super clean, but the white grout was still mostly black and did not get cleaned very well. All it would have taken was a scrubbing by hand ( I know because I did it afterwards). The technician was super nice and did a decent job, but sometimes you have to do something above what the machine will do.
My carpets are light. I have used Zerorez for years and have generally never had a problem with your service until recently. Two cleanings ago my carpet was left with large swatches of dirty streaks matching the tool used for cleaning. At first I thought that they were just wet marks and would disappear as the carpet dried. Not so. I was upset, but life was stressful at the time and I had to let the dirty marks stay. The next cleaning, everything was fine so I figured that the dirty streaks had been a one-off.
However, following the latest cleaning, the streaks were back. I contacted Zerorez and without hesitation, Zerorez sent out technicians to re-clean the carpet. It was then that I learned that (1) Zerorez uses the same water for the entire day, and (2) the later in the day it is, the more likely it is to end up with streaky carpets.
I was absolutely appalled to learn that my carpets were covered in other people's filth! How can I possibly recommend Zerorez to other potential customers, let alone use it again for myself? What has happened to your quality control over the years? I first used your company years ago and you guys were meticulous. Now, I am simply disgusted by your "cleaning" practices. Your technicians are friendly, but you have crippled their ability to do a good job.

The first day that the carpet was cleaned, he told us it would take 8-12 hours to dry. After he left we ran an errand for 45 min and upon returning home the carpet was dry and you could clearly see the areas that needed most attention were clearly un effected. We called and they rescheduled for the next day being told 10-12 am. When we didn't receive a call saying they were coming, we called again and they said No its between 10-1 so we waited longer only to NOT receive a call so we called again. I said that we wanted our money back and we were told NO and that they needed to come back. I asked for the managers names and she said there were 4 but she then said there are 15. To many lies and terrible workmanship. We are no longer interested in your company and want our money returned. Thank you.

Using a black light to find spots of bacteria which we didn’t know existed. Also the professional and efficient manner in which the technician cleaned our carpet.

I just don’t think you all did a very good job. Someplace on my carpet there is still dirty spots. My husband is going to go over that with our carpet. You are way overpriced. I paid more to you than I ever have before.

The kid did a good job but definitely missed a few areas. The floor looks a little uneven from where he cleaned, and it was wet for a few days on the stairs, where it seemed like everything else dried by the end of the day.
