The person was a my house nov1 did a terrible job. He only spent 20 mins and now my carpet looks worse than before. Unacceptable work

Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. My carpets turned out as well as could be
expected due to the age of carpet. They dried quicker than I thought they would. All in all
it was a good experience.

It's been three days and my carpet looks splotchey—darker and lighter areas, not even.

Tell them to slow down a bit. I know that they have to get to their next job, but we had to have another young man come back a re-clean an area that was not done well at all. He did an excellent job. I honestly don't think it had been pre-treated with the spray and I think it was because we had moved furniture to that area so they could clean under it, and when we moved it back the 2nd young man was busy putting bags under the legs and I think the spray treatment was missed. (My assumption.) We love zerorez and have recommended it to several people.

Technician did a very good job, was in and out fast.

We had Casey (sp?) come and clean our carpet. We've had pet issues for a couple years and every time after getting them cleaned (this is like the 4th time in the last 2 years, all by Zerorez), we can still smell the pet urine the next day. Even after paying out the nose for subfloor cleanings.
This time, Casey went over the carpet as usual then did another pass with no water but scrubbing instead of just swiping like normal. Not only did the carpet dry way faster, this did the trick! We didn't smell any pet urine the next day with no subfloor cleaning. He did us a huge favor. Hoping this will stop the dogs from doing it inside and allow us to go a year before the next cleaning. Huge kudos to Casey.

The two young men did a thorough job and were pleasant.

The group was super nice and they did a thorough job. The biggest bonus was that they didn't leave the carpet with a lot of water still in the carpet. Had issue with too much water with other carpet companies

It was pretty clean but smelled like a wet dog. I was surprised there wasn’t some sort of deodorizer or pleasant smell.

I felt like the technician cut corners. No corner protection, walls and baseboards marked up from hoses. Previous services involved pile lift prior to extraction, not this time. I had a recliner cleaned which was very lightly soiled. The fabric didn’t get completely rinsed leaving it hard and crusty in places. The technician was pleasant so it may be just a lack of training? I’m willing to pay well for excellent service but was very disappointed this time.

Excellent service, friendly technician, extraordinary cleaning. And the tech was closer to the earlier part of the time window. Highly recommend

They got out some major stains. The carpet feels much better on our bare feet. And very friendly service, thank you very much. I recommend you to anyone.

had to come back 4 times to fix the mess they caused. Stain grew worse. After the fourth time the manager came out and fixed the issue. My son also called to have you come out and clean their carpet and a mess as the carpet smells bad after it was cleaned it. They paid extra because of the stains, They did not come back out and stated he needed new carpet . THE HOUSE IS 5 Years old and carpet was new when it was installed! I called to have manager call me back never did. I have since told all never to use your services.

The service tech was very polite and did his work quietly and efficently. This was my first experience with the company and I will definetly use them again.
