I recently had some dining chairs cleaned--even though they are likely over 25 years old, they now look new. I was surprised, but very pleased.

The is the Second time I’ve used you guys. My carpets look great. The young men that come do a great job and very polite .
The carpets were not cleaned thoroughly and the pet stain removal was not addressed. You can come back asap and do a thorough cleaning.
The carpets seemed clean so no complaints there but there was a wet dog smell and the carpet was really soaked and took almost 48 hours to dry with several fans blowing on them.

The guy cleaning my carpets was very good and professional. I however am disappointed that my stains have come back after a few days.
Carpet didn’t take long to dry and no residue on carpet
technicians are friendly, polite and efficient. Carpet comes clean with no lingering residue or chemicals. Have had Zerorez 2 times a year for over 10 years. Hightly recommended

The cleaner was very sweet and polite. I was not told they would not clean an area if the item has a chair or a lamp. I feel this was done very cheaply but was financially expensive. I am disappointed in their work. We had to steam clean our own carpet after their services for ourselves for over an hour in time for our guests to arrive in our spare room.
