The cleaning process, the water used, no soapy residue left behind. Clean wonderful no artificial smell and fast drying times.

Zerorez cleaned the carpets in my entire basement plus the stairs. They did an excellent job - the carpet looks amazing. The two technicians that came to my house were punctual, polite, and got busy very quickly. They were in an out of my house if just over an hour. Very impressed with this company. I will definitely recommend. Btw, they didn't charge me anymore than what was initially agreed upon. Thankyou.
I like the fact there are no harsh chemicals and it is cleaned with water. The technicians are friendly and on-time. I have used them for many years and will keep doing so for years to come.
Didnot clean well. I have to call someother people to clean the carpet again. Waste my money

I really appreciate the amount of time and detail Mia put into my services. She was by far the best tech they have. I used to use their services quite a bit, but prior to me. I was often left feeling like I was playing roulette with who I would get and how long it would be here and the level of care they would take in my cleaning, so we had quite a few bad experiences, but after finding out you can request certain texts we are back to being loyal customers and will be requesting her every time thank me later and make sure you request her.
I liked how clean our carpets looked and felt. The service was on time, efficient and professional. The price was fair and was as described. Overall a very positive experience for us.

Ethan was very friendly and suggested other ideas of what we might need to do to not only clean the carpet but to keep it clean. He was very professional and he and the other young men that were helping him got the carpet cleaning done in a timely manner. I have waited to see how the carpet dried to write this review and it looks very nice, with many of the dark stained areas completely gone. Probably the best it has looked when we have had our carpet cleaned.

I was very happy with my carpets after they were cleaned.
Chase was a hard worker and did a great job. I wasn't aware of the up sale pricing and wished I had know that the special was only allowed on one home. The extra room I asked to be cleaned, ended up being more than the original special I wanted for the apartment because I wasn't aware of pricing until after it was done. I wish I had been fore warned and I would have made difference choices.
Took them less than an hour to do three rooms, stairs and a hallway.
On the downside we couldn't use the rooms for a day and a half. It took that long to dry.
My carpets look beautiful. They took my oriental rugs to a special cleaner so I hope they look as good when they come back.
