The customer service was above and beyond. Kat was so nice and welcoming. She was patient and walked me throught the whole process. It felt very peaceful and I really enjoyed all of it. And I got to pick my music via a YouTube channel I listen to daily. So cool.

So far, I've been pleased by experience. The staff recognizes me and directs me to my room, which is usually ready to go with the Sauna already heating up. The experience is pleasant and relaxing. My only complaint is that it takes a long time for sauna to get up to max temp and is usually just reaching it by the end of the session.
The young gentleman was very informative about the lights and the various benefits. Personally, I also enjoyed that you could watch tv instead of just sitting there staring at a wall. It was nice!

The location in The Orchards is great, everyone is incredibly friendly, knows my name when I walk in, has the room ready for me. Overall amazing experience and I love going!
Two "suggestion box" items:
-Could one of the towels be left outside the sauna, so it stays cool?
-Could there be deodorant wipes in the bathroom? I never remember to bring mine and that would be amazing! (it's great there are makeup wipes already!) :)

I absolutely loved my experience at Perspire. The attention to detail really stood out—from the personalized name card waiting for me to the genuine hospitality from Danikha. After my session, she even took the time to ask about my preferences so they could be added to my profile for future visits. Those little touches make the experience feel incredibly thoughtful and elevated.
One of my favorite things about Perspire is that I truly don’t have to think about anything while I’m there. Everything is prepared for me, I can settle into the experience, disconnect, and simply allow my nervous system to regulate. That feeling alone is such a luxury.
My only piece of feedback would be regarding cooling down afterward. After sweating for 40 minutes and then showering, I was still extremely warm. I was offered the Snow Shower, which I think is a great option, but I chose not to add it for $15. There wasn’t much airflow in the room afterward, so I was still very warm and sticky while trying to get dressed—which was surprisingly difficult after a sauna session!
I would love to see the Snow Shower included with the monthly membership rather than being an additional charge. It feels like a natural part of completing the hot-to-cold recovery experience, especially for members.
Overall, the hospitality, personalization, cleanliness, and attention to detail made this such a relaxing experience. I left feeling cared for, regulated, and already looking forward to coming back.

I have been to a Prespire Sauna in Castle Rock, CO & The Woodlands, TX. I really enjoy the combined sauna and redlight therapy. The new location is beautiful and I'll be sharing with my friends as well.

I like EVERYTHING about Perspire! The staff is wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions or explain anything. The facility is beautiful - clean, relaxing, the pictures on the screen are almost like they read my mind & knew what i was in the mood for! I know for a fact red light therapy is very very good for you & can either help maintain your health or, for someone like me with Long Covid for 6 years, it can help recovery. Highly recommend!
