The studios are always clean and ready to go. The sauna is fabulous - love the red light therapy.
The staff here are so nice and the facilities are the best! I feel amazing every time I leave (that's why I'm there almost every day). I love the IR paired with red light because it feels like a true wellness experience, and I'm particularly partial to the Sno shower because it makes a noticeable difference in my training recovery. I've been to a number of Perspire locations in California and Florida and this is my favorite for three reasons: more showers, easy parking, friendliest staff.
