The hydrotherapy or whatever it was called with the salt water didn’t work the full 20 minutes but I was promptly refunded so no worries there.

One thing to change: if there’s a couple booking a room, have an extra chair inside would be helpful for changing clothes

The staff is always so welcoming. And they are very accommodating. They make sure my suite temperature is where i like it. Which is at 170 which i appreciate.

It's private
The facility is very clean and in a very nice shopping center. Staff was friendly and the sauna room was beautiful. I liked the fact that I could have a sauna with my daughter and there was plenty of room.
