The room was already ready upon my arrival and set up to my fav YouTube channel and heat setting. I also love how there’s a balance between your privacy in the studio and exceptional customer service (being hands on but also hands off so you can enjoy the facility on your own).

As a first time visitor, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. The staff guided me through how to use the equipment and made sure that I would be able to have a complimentary experience for a sno shower on my next visit since I wasn’t able to book a room with a sno shower for this visit. It was such a nice atmosphere, I knew almost instantly that I would be coming back for more sessions. I also really like that I can have a private sauna experience without having to go to a gym or health club or obviously having one installed in my home.

The sauna room itself was a nice pleasant surprise. The towels and the cool cloth at the end was absoutely the best and so refreshing. The music, the ability to adjust the heat and to learn about all the benefits was priceless.
