The best thing other than the Sauna itself was Diego, a young man who works there. He was so professional and kind on the telephone whilst booking my appointment, and when I got to the parking garage, I needed his help moving my huge suburban Chevrolet, which was my niece's. He came out and literally helped me manoeuvre this big suburban around the parking lot. If I had a business, I would grab him! Perfect Customer Service. Thank you, Diego, for making my entire visit comfortable.
The staff are always polite and welcoming. Can’t say enough about how great they make you feel both when arriving and leaving after an incredible sauna experience.

I went for the first visit on a whim after seeing a promotion on social media. I enjoyed it and found ot relaxing. I bought a membership for a month to try it out. I am on a weight loss journey and often have sore muscles from working out. I figured it would help me lose weight, recover from exercise faster, get sleep better, etc. Being able to watch Netflix and other streaming services while in the sauna is a nice touch. The facility is very clean and staff is friendly and professional. I hope to get my wife to try it out as well. Maybe it is something we can do together.
Love the heat therapy (sauna) and it's accompanying Red Light therapy as well. Awesome. I feel happier, heathier... after consistently twice weekly for 4 months now.

The employees are kind, attentive, and welcoming, always asking how things are going and the equipment is working. The saunas and showers are always working like they should and the whole environment is spacious and clean which adds to the enjoyment and relaxation.
I love the convenient and fast scheduling through the app. When I arrive, there is always a smiling face at the desk that greets me by name. The sauna suites are spacious and clean, with fresh towels waiting.
