I loved the sauna

Faith is very friendly, eager to help and always there with a smile first thing in the morning.

Robin always delivers the best concierge service. We make this our regular date and she plays a big role in how satisfying the experience is.

As an aside, we wish you had many more HOOKS on the walls in the sauna rooms to hang our belongings. I even thought of installing some ourselves, but don't worry we won't. But wish owners would do so! Otherwise 5 star experience.

I love Perspire studios in West Delray because the saunas make me feel amazing. It has red light therapy as well as chroma therapy. I have tried to Snow shower (I admit I was reluctant) but it gave me so much energy for the rest of the day. There is a large TV in each studio, and the rooms are kept meticulously clean. They provide towel service and a cool eucalyptus towel for after your session. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend to everyone!

For 10 years I suffered from chronic back pain and body inflamation and regularly used pain management methods, physical therapy and epidural shots to ease my pain. The infared spa and red light therapy has eliminated the need for any of those things. For a year now, with regular weekly sessions my back and body pain is minimal, almost non-existent! The health benefits of Perspire have been an unexpected gift and life changing experience for me. Another bonus - the staff is always helpful and friendly and the facility is clean and tidy.

Your staff is always very professional and friendly. The sauna is always prepared to my specifications when I arrive so no time is wasted. It’s also very nice having the flat screen TV so I can listen to music or watch a show.
