Very clean. Robin was very friendly and answered my questions. Was at Maple Grove and unfortunately they are closing. I was going to cancel my membership because it’s far to drive for me but I love this service and want to stick with it because of the exceptional customer service.

Always a fan of you guys! I do miss the floor mats/towels though... the sweat puddle that collects on the floor is kind of a bummer. Any chance those could come back?

Love the individual rooms and TV concept; everyone who works at the counter is super friendly; I made a comment about the strong chemical cleaner smell and I noticed you listened and changed your cleaning solution to something less harsh
