Friendly staff, clean facilities, and love the relaxation effects during and after each session. I've already recommended to a few people since your opening and will definitely continue spreading the word. The only thing that's a bit different from your other locations is that it's very rare for the rooms to be fully set up beforehand (correct temperature is often not set, correct light is sometimes not set, television is rarely ever set to requested station, and once I didn't get a towel or a chair). Not a complaint, but more so just a mention that the River North location operates a bit differently at the moment.

Perspire Sauna Studio has truly become one of my favorite places for wellness and self-care. The facility is exceptionally clean, relaxing, and very well maintained, which is something I truly appreciate.
I started going for the incredible benefits of both the infrared sauna and red light therapy, and I have personally noticed a significant difference. Before starting red light therapy, I was experiencing significant hair shedding and was concerned about how much hair I was losing. Since incorporating it into my routine, I have noticed a significant reduction in hair loss, and now I lose very little hair.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Perspire Sauna Studio. It has become an important part of my wellness routine, and I truly feel that I am seeing and experiencing the benefits. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere immediately relaxes you. I love how friendly and professional the staff is. They keep the place very clean. I look forward to my weekly appointment.

Love the red light therapy and sauna combo. Having a TV with Netflix makes the time go by fast. Nice to have my own shower to rinse off after too!!
