Absolutely everything!!! The employees are all wonderful and caring! It is always very clean and peaceful there. My health has dramatically improved since I started my membership two months ago. It has changed my life! Between going to the sauna 4-6 times a week and eating healthy keto, I have lost 14 pounds and a lot of inflammation (pain) I had in my hips. I thank God for Perspire Sauna and hope that others will give it a try and see what it can do for your health as well.

First, everyone is so kind, the place is spotless and the red light therapy is so incredibly relaxing-- and sometimes rejuvenating at the same time. I guess it resets you and I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a break, some time alone and all the benefits of red light therapy! Go today!!

I felt very energized the following day! I like that there was a shower in the room. Also, the television was a nice touch. I kept it on spa sounds. I found the whole experience very relaxing. I plan on doing it again very soon.

I enjoyed the exclusivity of the room. The amenities truly make it an all in one homerun. Tv sound inside the infrared sauna (very spacious), private room, bag hooks, and a shower all in the privacy of your own room. Great experience highly recommend!!
