I attend Perspire Sessions 4 to 5 times a week. The studio is so clean and the staff is courteous, professional, and helpful. I enjoy the time I spend in the sauna as it provides me muscle and inflammation relief as I always schedule after I had a workout. In addition to the improvement and relief I get from joint and muscle pain there is a noticeable difference in my skin. My face glows after all sessionsand feel so refreshed! The most special part is the time I get to be stress-free and relax while my body detoxes from all the environment, physical, and emotional elements which cause me so much pain. Perspire is a HUGE part of my Wellness Plan! Highly recommend!

I have been to another sauna and it didn't compare to Perspire! This is top notch. I love the cooling towel for after and I love the availability of Youtube so I can listen to directed meditation. The person who helped me get set up was lovely.
