The manager, Robin, is super helpful, welcoming, energetic and passionate. You can tell she loves her job and the Perspire community. The sauna rooms and lobby are clean and relaxing. The infrared sauna felt like it was melting away my stress and giving me an endorphin boost. I highly recommend this business!

What’s not to love about Perspire Sauna? Booking a session is ridiculously easy, the staff is always friendly, and the place is so spotless you could practically eat off the floor (but please don’t! 😂). Then comes 40 glorious minutes of absolute peace and bliss — PRICELESS! Their body wash smells like heaven, and that magical eucalyptus towel wakes up every sense I have and brings me back to life! I walk in stressed and walk out feeling like a brand-new, wonderfully scented human. Pure happiness in 40 minutes! ❤️

Atmosphere, cleanliness, staff. I believe in this therapy. I just think the price points are a bit high.

I love having a membership at Perspire. I use the 40 minutes as time for me to reset and get a break from my hectic daily rush. It helps me soothe my tired muscles and put some good energy back into my soul. The staff, the manager abd the owner at my Perspire in 4S Ranch feel like family and they are always so helpful with getting me situated and keeping track of my appointment schedules.

I did not know what to expect. The place was well designed and the rooms were clean, modern and private. I am hoping the red light therapy prove to be helpful with shoulder pain from an injury and knee pain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to other clients looking to benefit from red light therapy.
