My husband has been going to Perspire for a few months. He sang their praises and I decided to see what his enthusiasm was about. I can honestly say, Perspire exceeded my expectations. The facility is very clean. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. You have your own private room where you change and use the sauna. No need to transfer between room. They have the room set up for you with towels. Hey even provide a cold one towel off and refresh. There's a flat screen TV in every room that has Netflix, Hulu and a 'Zen' channel to choose from while getting the toxins out of your system. While a sauna experience my be counterintuitive in Chico, you don't walk out of Perspire 'hot'. In fact, you are so relaxed that you don't notice the weather. After using the sauna as a 'guest' under my husband's membership, my second visit resulted in me signing up for the unlimited access membership. Look forward to visiting Perspire during the winter months as I can't take the cold weather. if you haven't tried Perspire, I highly recommend you check it out. Don't hesitate to ask questions of the staff and do a little research beforehand.

The cleanliness of the rooms .
Amenities, friendly and very helpful receptionist (unfortunately didn't catch the name, but he worked the shift at the Williamsburg location on Sunday, August 16, between 6:30-7:10pm), functional sauna and shower that are kept very clean which I lay great emphasis on, infrared light that actually is effective at its wavelength which I also greatly appreciate, locations and decent prices and promos.
So far I greatly loved my experience and though I feel the towels were clean, there was a hair on one of the smaller towels given that did not belong to me (I have short and dark curly hair, this one was long and lighter) but it ultimately isn't a dealbreaker since it was one singular strand. Would still prefer not to have any hairs on the towels but will probably be moving forward with booking packages as long as all the above remain consistent.
This location is great! The staff is super friendly. The rooms are always spotless and ready when I arrive. Really appreciate all the work that goes into making this a great experience.
I like that the guest has full control of the temperature, lighting, and tv
It was clean, relaxing and the receptionist very nice and helpful.
But, one thing you need to improve.
To place in each room a small spray bottle with eucalipt essential oil. The wet towel is not the best, you need spray on when doing sauna.

The privacy
I love the private sauna. It’s always been clean and comfortable and the smell of the cold towel is a favorite.

Love the sauna! Especially the friendly staff, the location, and the sno shower.
Suites are always clean and ready to use! Front desk staff is always nice and helpful. I am almost always able to book the suite and time that I want if it’s 24 hours ahead of time, but I’m also able to usually book something that works for me within a few hours.
My one complaint would be that a couple of the suites have some squeaky or creaky seats in the saunas. Not a deal breaker but it’s a reason I have a couple of favorite suites I try to stick with. :)
The set up of the sauna is wonderful, love the Netflix! And the staff is amazing! Very helpful and friendly.
