I was a walk-in just to get some information and Kelsey gave me a tour and explain the packet and gave me the brochure. She was very polite and told me thanks for coming in so I signed up for the 20 dollar first visit. Saturday I was greeted by Erika who was just as nice very helpful and explained everything so I’ll be seeing you next Saturday. You guys are great.

The reception staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous and great with informing of the facility, amenity provided and the service packages available (in informative, but not in pushy way). The facility was spotlessly clean (yes, it looks very new) and quiet. I really enjoyed my introductory visit there and went ahead and bought their package as a result.

Relaxing and your studio has showers
The front desk personnel at my location are so kind! Destiny, Emma, and Ann make it a pleasure to come to the sauna. The salt treatment is so good. My hair has grown so fast since I started going regularly. The only thing I wish is that I would have gotten the unlimited package at the founders price. This is worth the splurge and I'm glad joined even though I wasn't sure if I'd like it.
