The sauna is the best in town, I love that I have the opportunity to change the temperature myself. The space is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The choice of red light therapy is an added bonus along with the TV choices.

I love the whole concept of a private red light sauna. The rooms are always clean and inviting, the amenities (TV, audio, towels, cold cloth) are perfect; the staff is always so pleasant and helpful.
Would be great if they had a drinking water resource on premises so we can fill our personal bottles.
Also would love to be reminded in the room of the benefits of red light saunas. :)

Was greeted by Kourtney and she explained the sauna function. I had a good overall first time experience. The only suggestion would to not be pushy with selling a package. She explained to me what she recommended and said "She couldn't discount a one time visit by 20 dollars if I didn't buy it today, yet said she would take $40 off a package, unless I heard wrong. Other than that I had a good experience.

It’s a calming experience. The room is always ready & clean. Staff is welcoming & attentive. I leave my sessions feeling relaxed & lighter. It’s a happy place for me. A place to unwind & not have to think about anything.
