The Halo treatment is a game changer. My fit watch records my oxygen saturation level. When I do 4 workouts at my gym inside a four-hour period, my level drops to 96% Once I complete a Halo treatment, my level is back up to 99%.

Great infrared saunas with red light therapy. Easy to schedule appointments that work with my schedule. The private Snoshower is amazing and the eucalyptus towel completes the experience. Surprised by how inexpensive it is.

The location is convenient with parking and the facility is very welcoming and spruce up. The front desk staff is very courteous.
The owners are friendly and hands-on. The staff also does a great job. Very clean. The saunas are spacious and offer nice heat coverage. There are wall-mounted TVs that you can watch during your sessions. The showers are always clean, and the cold-plunge shower is a nice feature. Their app makes scheduling appointments easy. There are several saunas at the studio, and we've never had an issue scheduling a same-day appointment. Very positive experience!
