Perspire is a necessary health staple with the many chemicals and micro plastics we are exposed to daily. It is also a relaxing place to reconnect and recharge from life’s stressors.
The experience is always consistent, spa staff are always welcoming and helpful, rooms are spotless, and it’s a safe haven to relax in.
I love the spa however I would like to change from my monthly membership to purchase sessions. I haven't used the spa in quite some time, and I feel like it's been a waste of money. I will visit with the local spa and figure out what works best for me.
It is such a warm (no pun intended lol) and welcoming environment. I love the attention to detail the workers put in.
Very clean spas and they preset your music and temperature selections. They also have waters and lotions available to purchase to enhance your experience.
It's relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff provides assistance when I need it. The rooms are always clean and ready. I love the eucalyptus scented towel.

It's a fantastic experience to sweat out all the toxin built-up in your system. The different light colors and the infrared light makes all the difference. I highly recommend the sauna!! Also, the staff is amazing and always upbeat.

I must say that this session was absolutely the best I've experienced this year, and I've done over a hundred sessions. Rob and Travis really shine with their teamwork, creating such a warm and inviting vibe for everyone who walks in. The entire team is fantastic, truly the best this studio has ever had. Aby is doing an excellent job managing the studio and leading this outstanding team. Keep up the great work, guys! You’re all awesome!
