I have to say my last session the shower didnt have any soap, had to use the shampoo instead.

Extremely relaxing experience from beginning to end. Kristen was super nice and helpful, made feel comfortable and explained everything very clearly. The shower was better than expected, it was my first time trying a cold plunge and the SNØ shower was super energizing. The complimentary water, electrolytes packet, and eucalyptus towel was a great touch. Truly above and beyond, I've already been recommending to all my family and friends! 10/10

I love Perspire. It has done wonders for my body. I wish they would create more clothes for guests to advertise. I just came back after a few months and was sad to see less towels.
I love the private atmosphere and the red light was a deal maker for me. I enjoy my once a week session very much.
The studio was super clean, the staff member who gave me a walk-through was friendly and knowledgeable, and the sauna itself was effective and easy to use. 10/10 would come again!

The Entire Staff is professional and very knowable, Nice to meet the owner JINX who has so much knowledge about the benefits as well as the membership. She is always there:-D I upgraded my membership already to unlimited. Favorite Staff Member is Emma! I see her more them the others and she is always friendly and has my sauna set up to my liking!

The studio was clean! My husband got a tour from Stacy since it was his first time! She told him all the ins and outs of the studio! She even added the snow shower for both of us to use.
