Clean space, staff was well educated on the benefits of infrared therapy. I have eczema I truly believe therapy calmed it down. Very relaxing space.

Let me start by saying that yes, my gym has a sauna - but there is something special about being the only person in my own sauna. Temperature is set in advance, I can get out take a cool shower before leaving. It is skyways clean and I appreciate the attention to details. Glad my HSA covers this.

The experience was exceptional. The staff explained the technology and health benefits. The facility was clean and well thought out.
Each sauna suite is extremely clean. There is TV yo watch to help pass the time while sweating. There is a water bottle refill station to ensure hydration.

The private sauna rooms are amazing with the tv and showers. The staff are all very friendly. I love that my preferences are set up before I even come, so all I have to do is relax.
