I enjoy the cleanliness of the facility. Every time I came in for my appointment I was greeted by Kat who always had wonderful recommendations for me to try from the cold shower, to the dose drinks and even the room space. I loved that Kat was always very knowledgeable about what services were available and how I could benefit from it. The overall experience each time I visited was amazing. This place is a 10/10.

My 30 minute session is quiet time away from my phone and I feel relaxed, recharged and detoxed when I leave every time.
The staff are always super friendly, and my sauna room is always clean and ready as soon as I walk in the lobby. Everybody’s very professional… It’s a laid-back but well run place.

I mean, literally everything exceeded my expectations! I didn't know what to expect, but the entire experience was perfect! The explanation from Kylie upon arrival, the completely private room, the facility itself, and at the end, putting in notes so that on my next visit everything is already ready and loaded to my preference. For instance even if I was watching a show, they would have the season and episode queued up and ready to go! Also, she didn't force a membership down my throat, let me make my own choices there! All around 11/10 experience!
I live in Fort Worth but ALWAYS enjoy a visit at the south lake location, it’s always a great experience.
