This is an amazing experience! You feel very relaxed afterwards and I use red light therapy at home so this is a bonus to have it with the sauna as well. Helps knee joints and overall inflammation of arthritis. Staff are great and very responsive. It is very clean and well run. I bought a package deal and can’t wait to go again!
I love the studio and the sessions. However, the prices seem to have gone up a lot over the last two years for the same service.

Chrystal did a really great job at showing me around the studio and letting me know all that there was to offer what I like most about the Services is how sanitary it is considering most sauna spas have the plunge tubs!!! Crystal highlighted that and it literally lit a lightbulb in my head, I love the privacy, the energy in the ambience

This sauna studio is so peaceful. Each room is curated to create a relaxing experience. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Having showers inside your private space is a great added feature! Have already recommended to friends.
