From the moment you walk through the door until you leave you feel important. Nicole is very pleasant, knowledgeable and personable. My visit was my first and gladly not my last as I started my membership with going for a visit once a week! Each room was emaculatly clean with everything you would need. The cherry on the top is the eucalyptus cold cloth to refresh your sweaty face and body before you dress. This is what I was looking for to aid in my detoxing, refreshing and healing with a dose of healthy skin glow 🤗

Employees are friendly and very welcoming when we come in. The room is set up and ready to go when we arrive and we are greeted when we leave after out appointment. Very well run and very nice ammenities.

All the employees are very nice, greet you as you enter and have your room ready. Mahogany and Vay are exceptionally excellent at customer service. I appreciate the employees who know what room I am in as soon as I arrive-they had looked it up before I get there. The location is very clean. The extras in the restroom are a very nice touch. So are the raffles, competitions and sauna room TVs And most of all, the sauna makes me feel great.

I really enjoyed my session. I like that my preferences were recorded for next time. I was surprised that it wasn’t ready for me to start on time - I felt like I couldn’t take time to cool down without running over. I didn’t like that I had to watch a video on the same content the representative walked me through and I needed a 2nd big towel for showering because I used the big one to sit on during my session. Seems odd there wouldn’t also be a towel on the hook for the rooms with showers.
