I like that the front desk associates are very friendly and helpful. Also, they have recently improved room #8. Clean is very important to me. There's only one thing that is very frustrating - the remote is very difficult for me to work. I point it at the screen and 8 times out of 10 it doesn't respond and it is not easy to navigate the icons on the screen.

Spotlessly clean, very professional and warm staff
The set up is great to have a private space. Always clean for use and staff is friendly.

Relaxing
It was very relaxing to come in there in a chilly day and feel like I’m laying on the beach. The staff was very courteous and even looked up the session at the Edina office that I had and saw that the credit card for that session was reversed. I will definitely be back. I just have to decide which package to buy.
