This was my 1st experience wasn't sure what to expect my Experience was Awesome I was experiencing neck stiffness from disk n my neck has been damaged . I was having lower back pain. . My session was about 30 minutes. As I went about my day was when I notice my pain was much better . I will return for more session.

I had such a great experience at Perspire Sauna! The place is super clean, the location is convenient, and the team is so friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable from the start and went out of their way to help with all my needs and requests.
I especially love the red light therapy. After just two sessions, I already noticed a difference in how I felt. I’m excited to continue and see the benefits for my joint pain, inflammation, sleep, and anxiety.
