I love everything about Perspire Sauna. It is exceptionally clean. The staff is very friendly. The experience is perfect every time. Highly recommend.
The choices of lights (colors and the blue therapy light) are a nice addition vs. most saunas. The cool eucalyptus washcloth for afterward is wonderful!!

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal as well and allows me to run errands before/after my sauna visits.
I am recovering from hand surgery and my swelling was greatly reduced in just 2 sessions! Love it!
I love the cleanliness, the service, and the space. The only thing that I don’t love about the Eagle location is you can hear the exercise class next door’s music bumping while you’re trying to meditate in the sauna, and it would be nice if some of the rooms had showers like the Boise location. Otherwise pretty good experiences with the Eagle location!
