I fell in love with this place on my very first visit. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly and answers any questions. The saunas are always clean and the entire experience is so relaxing and recharging. This is one investment that I truly feel is worth the money for my mental and physical well-being.

The saunas were very high quality, and the studio was gorgeous. I walked in and the simple elegance was incredibly inviting. Nothing overdone, just calming. The rooms were equipped nicely with brand new TV's which made the time fly by. The staff was super friendly, and all the features of the saunas and shower rooms were explained in detail. We left feeling invigorated and ready to go back. My son picked up a Perspire shirt and wore it to school the very next day. I picked myself up a hat which I have not taken off. Overall, very happy that we have this holistic treatment available to us and look forward to returning soon.

I enjoyed the personal connection and introduction to the business. After I filled out the online form, somebody followed up and called me to discuss more. When I went for my first visit, I was greeted and given a tour of the sauna suite.

I love the private room, its super clean and the staff is really nice! Its really easy to set up appointments on the app. Its like my own private therapy session to just take time for myself and just relax. The sno shower after is a must! I feel reborn leaving there and go at least 3 times a week. Highly recommend!!

The front desk staff members are always plesant, and cheerful. The facility is clean as well as safe and I appreciate the health benefits. I love the cold scented washcloth for a refreshing end. One suggestion I have is for the front desk person to ask if there needs to be help programming the TV for a favored selection. I had started my session and then spent too much time trying to find the relaxing nature scenes with soft music. I never could make it work and did not want to step out with only a towel on. Otherwise, an excellent experience.
