My wife and I have visited a lot of wellness studios, but Perspire Southlake is in a league of its own. To anyone browsing this site and wondering if it’s worth it—stop thinking and just book it.
The first thing you’ll notice is the vibe. The entire staff is incredible, but we have to give a massive shout-out to Mirena (apologies if the spelling is off!). She is genuinely one of the nicest, most knowledgeable people we’ve met. She’s incredibly helpful and just has that pleasant energy that makes you feel right at home before you even start your session. The rest of the team follows suit—they are friendly, professional, and clearly care about the experience of every guest.
The Experience: Sauna & Beyond
The infrared saunas here are the gold standard. They are incredibly relaxing and soothing, and being able to customize the audio with such relaxing sounds makes it easy to completely zone out and recharge.
We also can’t stop talking about the features:
The Halo One Salt Therapy: If you haven't tried this yet, you are missing out. It’s incredible! It adds such a clean, refreshing layer to the session that you can really feel in your lungs and skin.
The Sno Shower: This is the ultimate "pro move." Going from the deep heat of the sauna to the Sno Shower is the most invigorating feeling in the world. It’s the perfect "reset" button.

We absolutely love coming here. If you’re looking for a place where the facility is pristine and the people actually treat you like a regular from day one, this is it.
