It feels like you’re away from the world for 40 minutes. Having the tv is a plus. I wish the temperature would reach 160 degrees sooner and not the last 10 minutes.
I have been going for close to a year now. I like it and hope I'm reaping the benefits of an infrared sauna. I can't tell the difference in anything yet, but maybe the effects are subtle? I can only make it about once a week, so maybe it takes longer. Will continue to give it a try for a while longer. It is pricey, though, so hopefully the benefits of doing this are worth it.
I felt amazing when the session was over! The Manager described the process prior & took us on a tour of the studio. The process was easy & the benefits for my skin, aches, blood oxygen & stress exceeded what I expected! I definitely recommend this to service to others!
