Friendly staff, easy to schedule
The total experience was invigorating and refreshing. From the excellent customer service rendered by Ashley and Grace, the complimentary electrolyte water, the refreshing eucalyptus cold face towel, the infrared & red light exposure was incredible. Then to top it off with the cold shower, followed by a warm cleansing shower was the ultimate. I left Persoire floating…… I literally floated to my car, feeling light and rejuvenated.
Being a mental health first responder can be very stressful. The Perspire encounter is definitely what I need.

From the time they greet me by name when I walk in the door, to their inquiry about how I feel before I leave. The facility is always clean and sanitary without feeling cold and unwelcome. The atmosphere immediately puts you at ease and ready for relaxation and rejuvenation. The staff is phenomenal, every single one of them! Absolutely love the Rochester location and look forward to my sessions.

I have been a member at the Lakewood Ranch facilities since the day you open. Wish I could get there more often, but my work schedule does not always allow that. However, when I am there, I thoroughly enjoy it relaxing. I definitely can see. I’m benefiting from it inside and out. Past couple visits however some or one of the employees. Maybe they forget. It’s a quiet place sort of even though doors are closed and you’re in the sauna can still hear everything going on like an employees conversation on their phone which was on speaker. Maybe need to reiterate That it is to be somewhat quiet. If you do have to take a personal call maybe close the door so that don’t have to hear their entire conversation just saying. Very high school like. Otherwise I love the owner. She is great so glad that both places have taken off for her. Always clean always accommodating thanks Name removed.
I have recommended this to at least 10 people so far. I love the location and Frankie. She made everything so easy and relaxing. My husband and I didn't feel pressured at all and can't wait to return!
Clean and very accommodating
This was my first time using the service. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was easy and the actual experience was great. I felt lighter, and much better afterward. And I slept very well that night. I most definitely will schedule a follow up visit.

Super nice location and top shelf sauna suites
Rooms are usually 9/10 clean. Generally missing the high up dusty exhaust vents and weird high corners but overall very happy with the cleaning between sessions. Love the saunas and having showers is why I go daily now. Wouldn't have kept my membership if it wasnt for those showers. Need a way to cool off my body. Length is perfect, staff is good. Yeah overall very happy.
