Very clean and organized. Top priority for me! The size of the room was adequate for two, and roomy for one. The sauna felt amazing and the T.V. Made the time pass quickly! Everything was simple to operate; nothing confusing to navigate. The cool eucalyptus towels afterwards felt wonderful.

Very clean facility, responsive and informative staff
I absolutely love the Perspire studio in Berkeley! The facility is clean, the sauna's are high quality and I love the ambiance of the rooms. Most importantly, every time I leave a session, I feel mentally and physically refreshed. I was dealing with inflammation in my skin, and after two sessions my skin completely cleared up. I'm pleased to have purchased a monthly membership, and feel confident that this is the best investment I've made for my entire body.

Amazing facility! The people there are always friendly, it is impeccably clean, and easy location especially for parking. We are moving out of state and are really sad to leave this location.

I liked the layout of the space and that each sauna was a separate, enclosed, private space with a lock on the door. Years ago I went to a place were I changed in a locker room, walked down a common space hallway to a room that other people could look into. I like the way you have it better. The experience, though, did dry out my hair a lot, even though I had a light towel wrapped around my hair during my session. Even days later my hair was different, and more than a week later, it may still be less dry than before my session, but I can't say that for sure.
The staff at Heritage Harbor is very accommodating and friendly and keeps a clean room environment. I would highly recommend this facility for Perspire.
It was quite and not overly hot, the two women who were work were super nice.
The staff are very nice. They have allowed me to make a, "quick change," in my appointment time....(when they have another open time slot,) because, my own schedule changes at my work place.
The saunas are always clean and bright!
And, I truly appreciate how good I feel when I leave!
Sometimes, I may have a question to ask them, and they are very kind and patient.
