The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. You are always greeted by name upon entry which makes you feel like you’re not just another customer. The staff sets your preferences for sauna temperature and chemotherapy lights beforehand. The individual suites are always clean and stocked with a hand , bath towel and scented (or unscented) washcloth upon arrival. The saunas are roomy enough to lay or sit upright, whichever one prefers. And I love the convenience of scheduling through the app since during the weekdays I never know when I will finish work. There’s always a time slot I can schedule last minute and the location’s hours are extremely convenient to my work schedule and days off.
I love going to sauna for all the benefits! They have everything ready and it’s so clean!
