I tried Perspire for one visit and a subscription was not for me. If it was I would join. The employees were very nice, specifically Destiny who showed me around and set me up for my sauna experience.

I love a private sauna experience , tv or music choices and the shower in room was awesome..
prefer a Seperate towel to shower than the one I sat on in sauna and the itty bitty cool wash cloth is ridiculous after sauna.. needs to be larger or in a bucket of cool water if no shower option available !

Upon my arrival very pleasant customer service. The room is very nice and clean. You can watch TV or listen to music as a distraction. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Our first session was amazing. The intensity of a 40 minute session was just what we needed. The studio was wonderful and clean. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I signed up for unlimited monthly memberships and from day one we are so happy with our decision.

Clean, welcoming, they offer you a wet towel to clean off, ease of scheduling, you can watch a movie or listen to music, temp is controllable as are lights
I enjoyed the treatments. I I received 10 chemotherapy treatments due to cancer. the year of 2025. The infrared light treatments helped to eliminate heavy metals and traces of chemo lingering in my body. The treatments helped to rebuild my muscle mass and wellbeing. . All in all just an awesome experience. Clean rooms, awesome caring staff. I recommend this service hold heartily.
