The sauna was very clean and seemed virtually new. The assistant at the front door was very helpful and gave my friend and I ideas about future visits with cost savings. I plan to return at some point.

A clean and relaxing place to go to.
Personal service and attention to detail
I love it!!!
I love the quiet time in my day. I wish the hours were slightly different a little earlier and a little later so I could go before work or just before bed after I exercise.
The service is a nice luxury. A shower is necessary and the benches were not long enough for me to lay flat even in the accessible room. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean.
Very relaxing. By the time I finished, I felt all my muscles relaxed. It was incredible. Thank you
For the opportunity to try it

Amazing space, rejuvenating sauna experience.
Feel great and experience excellent sleep scores on my aura ring after a sauna session.
Staff very friendly and informative will be back
Professional, clean, excellent studio! Loved the sauna, red light and halo. Definitely helped me recover more quickly after my race. Thank you all!
Sessions are super-easy to book through the app. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Facility is modern and spotlessly clean. Most of all, I love the concept of having individual saunas that can customized to one's personal preferences, which makes for a much better experience than what one gets from using saunas in gyms. As an IRitual member of Perspire Champaign since they opened in early summer, I can honestly say that getting this membership has been far and away the best health and wellness decision I have ever made.
I was impressed with the customer service and the staff were so nice to me on my first visit! I love how clean and comfortable the sauna is. I feel so much better after my first session.
When I go to Perspire sauna studio I am always greeted by A friendly face making me feel welcome. After my session i feel exhilarated ,my aches and pains seem to hurt less and I have a general good feeling because I know I am doing something to benefit my over all Health and well being. I can’t recommend this place enough . I wish i loved closer because I would be there every day .
