The personnel continues to be friendly and competent. I don’t know how you accomplish this with turnover. I wish I could at my businesses. Facilities are always clean and welcoming. The app upgrade and past issues with booking were addressed quickly. Also impressive.

Ease of booking
40 minutes was a little long for the first time. I take regular saunas but I was really wiped out by almost 30 minutes in the infared.
The staff was very helpful and friendly
The young lady at the front desk, Avery, was so professional. She welcomed me, explained the various packages, gave me a tour, and answered my questions. After my treatment was over, she inquired how everything was. She was terrific!

I love the wonderful staff, the clean facilities, the privacy, all of it!
It was very private, didn’t have to share the sauna in a group setting.

Suite# 6 has enough room to stretch while gettthe benefits of both dry sauna and light therapy.
