I was skeptical at first having not tried infrared sauna. When I went in a young lady named Joey answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. My experience in the sauna was very enjoyable and relaxing. I will definitely recommend the South Tampa location and the infrared sauna to my friends.
Friendly staff, clean facility, ease of scheduling
I love the suites with the accompanying shower. The saunas are very roomy. I enjoy reserving a head so that my suite is perfectly ready with temperature and tv setting. Oh, I cannot forget the cold towel with infused eucalyptus - heavenly. The staff is especially accommodating but my favorite is Kalley. I look forward to every session.
Staff is welcoming, kind, and helpful. Facility is clean. Everything is ready for me when I arrive. I believe I am doing something good for myself.
It’s a very clean studio. The individual Infrared sauna suites are fantastic. I love the attached shower with the option of an ice cold shower.

I have never gone to a ‘Sauna Only’ place and found Perspire to be a pleasant surprise. The entrance and lobby area is nice and open with items for purchase, a water hydration refill station, bottles for purchase and check/in desk. Multiple gender neutral restrooms located in the rest of the facility.
Kevin was great, welcoming me when I walked in, showed me the facilities and provided me with all the information I needed to start my perspire sauna session.
I’ll explain it here, in case you haven’t either. You are provided with a private room with half being the sauna and half being a sitting/ dressing area with chair. Hooks to hang your clothes on, a nice size tv screen and a few apps (Netflix/hulu) allow you to watch your favorite show, or even put on relaxing music. A small table for your purse/glasses, etc.
You step into the sauna, three towels are provided- one for floor, one for body and another wet with eucalyptus to cool you. The sauna is already on just waiting for you to select your time.
You can change the colors on top for ambiance. Red light was provided.
I chose 40 minutes. I think I made it to about 34 minutes and then I got out and cooled off.
First time antsy- I suppose. I brought a book, but glasses kept slipping off so I watched a show on Netflix.
I did raise the temp a little bit though to see how I’d handle a little bit more.
I found myself relaxing a bit, drinking a lot of my water, and being able to fully stretch every inch of my body, which felt really good.
I continued to hydrate throughout the day and might definitely come back.
Thank you Kevin for all the info on why it’s so good for you and what I could expect, for aching body, clearing toxins, let alone I have felt more clear with sinuses ever since too!

Karla is amazing and a grat manager! And all the other staff was great including Salome at the front desk! The saunas are always clean and comfortable! Highly recommend.
Cold showers and big rooms
I love the way I feel right after my sessions. My mood is better and my body feels better. I love how accommodating the staff is. I love all of the personal touches. They play the music I like and the sauna is always set to the temp I like so I don’t have to wait for it to heat up to the temp I like.i also love the private setting. It’s always clean!
Privacy
Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean spa and easy booking. The owner, Jing, knows how to treat each guest and is very informative about the benefits of services. The spa feels luxurious, private and relaxing.
Whenever I go, my room is always set up to my liking when I get there. 40 minutes all to myself to watch a show or just meditate

The welcoming environment is much appreciated. Hadley, who assisted me was friendly, informative, & kind. The cleanliness was exceptional along with the privacy in each suite.
I would give a higher score if a lower cost single session was involved and a couples or family package was offered to share sessions. I’m not a fan of “memberships” that have to be set up on autopay either.
Id like the join and see if I can benefit from the sessions but at this time the cost is too high and I can’t commit to a membership.
