The entire experience. But that absolute best was the receptionist Leiliana. What a great person and made my experience so enjoyable.

Everything was wonderful. My only issue is that I booked a room with a shower, but didn't have an extra towel to use afterwards to shower. All of the other towels had been used for the rest of the service.

Clean towels, cold/cool hand washcloth with eucalyptus is absolutely amazing!

One thing that could be improved on is more information on your website about the benefits, different light benefits (benefits of red, orange, blue… lighting), available plans, cost
