Staff is very friendly and willing to explain options and fix problems. The facility is very clean and kept up. Being able to watch your favorite shows makes the heat more bearable. All around great experience.

Everything is always clean
I loved my eight-session package at Perspire. The space is beautiful, the private sauna suites and showers are incredibly convenient, and Jing and the entire staff are lovely. I used the 40 minutes for guided meditation and always left feeling refreshed, less inflamed, and mentally recharged. It’s such an accessible way to care for both my physical and mental health. I highly recommend it!
Your staff are wonderful, the facility is always clean & tidy, and I feel really comfortable here. I've been coming here now for over a year and it remains my sanctuary. It's the only place I can really shut out the world and focus on ME and my goals in a private manner.
