Client Testimonials
I just came back to Perspire after a 14 month break. It felt so good to be back at Perspire. It is my "me" time. Deeply relaxing. Time to completely unwind and sweat out my worries.
I like that Perspire keeps track of my preferences and needs. Like an unscented cool down towel, temperature preferences.
They're also always kind and accommodating.
It's good to be back at Perspire.
Very clean facility. caring staff. rooms are ready each time.
Infrared sauna and en suite shower area
Impeccable customer service !
Everyone is super nice :)
Customized experience. I also like the rooms that have the showers; wished all of the rooms had them.
It’s so easy just to go to use the sauna, and so far it’s been easy to get an appointment. Everything is clean and pleasant. You don’t have to bring towels, and they have beverages you can purchase if you run out of water.
Excellent facility
Stress free sauna experience.
Always welcoming and kind . Very clean and professional. Would definitely recommend to friends.
I love going to Perspire Montvale! It's a regular part of my wellness ritual and not only is it a sensorial experience, but also a functional one in that it aids my post-workout recovery.
I have heard about the benefits of a sauna and the added benefit of the red light, and I like it very much. I find it very relaxing and the TV is a huge hit! I'm very happy I found this place which is two doors down from my med spa in Montvale, New Jersey. It's a win-win!!
Great service! Very private, calm and clean. Flexible hours as well.

Perspire is such a healthy/good wellness retreat! The benefits of the red light sauna are so good for me! I love to sweat but love the detox qualities this provides! Please try it and do something wonderfully easy to improve your health!
I heard about this place not a long time ago and I came in here to less loose a little bit after all the stress I’ve been dealing with, truly amazing experience, I loved the room, the cold shower and especially…. Especially the service! The guy there was really helpful and informative about all the questions I had. The only thing I wish I had received from this experience was his number. lowkey cute ngl, will come again tbh.
