The staff is always friendly and welcoming! The location is very clean and inviting. I also really appreciate the complimentary piece of fruit they provide. I am often running from a workout to get to my appt and then get to a meeting after, so having something to refuel me is so appreciated.

The sauna is the ultimate place to relax! The personalized lighting, temperature, and television settings make a 40 minute session seem much longer. Having a private sauna and an option for halotherapy add to the unique experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.
