The infrared and red light in same studio. The staff makes it extra inviting- when they welcome you and ask how you feel after your session, it is genuine, not scripted. Shout out to Faith at Peoria AZ location I have most of my sessions when she is on duty. Last but not least- the cleanliness is exceptional.
Loved having a private sauna with a shower in the same private room.
I loved the sauna! The infrared and other color light therapy was wonderful. At the beginning the service was outstanding! It did go down just a bit as time went on. Still good just not as good.

Ive found it very relaxing there. It seems to be more of a winter or cold weather thing than a summer thing so that’s the only reason I took such a long sabbatical. I’m sure I’ll be back. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are very clean and relaxing.

Cleanliness of saunas, friendly staff, and availability of sessions. Rooms were always ready to go upon arrival. I appreciated the option to shower after and provided towels. It truly was an inclusive experience.
