She was kind and knowledgeable, did show me the plans and facilities, and basically was very friendly thought out the whole visit. The sauna was also clean and accommodating

Efficiency, focus, knowledge, reliability

I had my first session this weekend, and it was my first ifrared sauna experience as well. It was so wonderful and way more relaxing than a standard steam sauna. Ruby was wonderful in explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. And the location was super clean!

The front desk person was super helpful, I think his name was Tristan. He made sure he had a good experience. It was my first time there. Otherwise they were plenty of sinus and it was nice and clean, and I really enjoyed the experience.

The facilities are pristine, the staff very helpful and friendly, and the benefits of infrared sauna contrast therapy are amazing!

The best part of my day! I go almost daily after working out and I am a different person walking out- fully replenished and just feeling good. Would like to bottle how I feel and sip it all day!

Everything was great! Nice clean rooms with super friendly staff. I liked that the room I was in had a TV that I was able to play music in. The sno shower was a unique experience. The contrast between the hot sauna and the cold shower was very relaxing. The pricing is also very competitive.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The vibe of the spa is relaxing. I love the customization of my alternative/mood lighting - especially when I need to recover from a workout or am struggling with a migraine. It's a perfect way to take some time for myself and just slow down for 40 minutes!

I had an intro session appointment. The facility was clean and Julia was very helpful. However, I booked a shower room to try the Contrast Therapy and the cold shower did not work. This was disappointing. She did apologize, however I should have been given another opportunity to schedule an intro session since I was unable to get the complete experience that I booked for.

Clean - effective- calming

I was looking desperately for a place with a Sauna on a Sunday morning and I came across Pespire. It was a exactly what I needed. Very clean, intimate, quiet, easy and convenient.
