From the moment I walked in, I was received a warm and relaxing greeting between the lovely eucalyptus fragrant air and the warm and friendly employees. I loved their calm demeanor as they welcomed me and walked me through the process. My favorite part of my experience though was of course the infrared sauna. The pod included red light therapy and I could adjust the temperature throughout my 40 minute session. The sauna pod was so clean it looked like I was the first ever to use it. The room had a chair, a TV (I listened and watch a relaxing tropical beach scene with gentle crashing waves as I there to completely relax and unwind), a place to hang my clothes, and even a shower, which was much appreciated for cooling off afterwards. Oh, and the cool Eucalyptus face towel was also a favorite. I will be definitely be coming back!

The facilities were great- spacious, private and clean. Also, Evan at the front desk was so friendly and informative. I also liked the fact that there was a TV there and red light therapy.
