From signing up on the app to parking to kind friendly staff, clean rooms, water dispenser, towels, tv. Just a lovely experience all the way around.

The private rooms, the variety of options for each room, I love the clean rooms and entertainment options, I love the client service - when I arrive they have the sauna at the temperature I like. I also love their flexibility when I'm running late to move me to a later open appointment. It's all worth it!!!

I believe her name is Stephanie and she was fantastic. I rarely leave a medical establishment without feeling I was pushed towards or to do something, but she really assessed my needs and worked with what I liked and what I wanted brilliantly

I also really enjoyed your infrared heat, and felt so much better afterwards. I am moving back from Japan, where bathing and self-care is just part of daily life. I do think you need more showers or some way to allow people a few more ways to keep track of the time… But otherwise it was perfect. Thank you.
