The sauna reduces inflammation in my knees so I can play tennis. When my lower back is bothering me, it also makes that better. The spa is clean and the staff super helpful.

Staff was so friendly and informative. If they didn’t have an answer to my question they called me back after seeking it. So impressive! You just don’t get customer service like that anymore! It was refreshing to know it still exists. I also loved the cancellation process being so easy. I didn’t have to give 30 day notice and have any extra fees. This is also rare and something I really appreciate as a customer! Well done model of how a company should be run! Unfortunately I couldn’t find a babysitter often enough to come and had to cancel for that reason but I really enjoyed the few times I was able to come!
