This is a great benefit for your body and it is comfortable to be able to watch tv during the session so you don’t think about how hot and sweaty your body is getting. The shower and eucalyptus towels are the cherries on top.

Very clean, modern studio
Large, private room. The infrared sauna itself was large enough for me to stretch out ( I’m 5’10’) comfortably. Rob was such a great attendant. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I WILL be back!!!!

I was very pleased, I haven't felt so welcomed and relaxed in a long while. I totally forgot got the guy's name that helped us..it started with a "D". He was the best, he explained and showed us everything, he explained the packages, the products, and merchandise. I will definitely get a package deal.

I had been to an infrared sauna one other time - and I liked Perspire more. Your facility seemed very clean, and I liked that there were televisions (to be able to play music), in each of the rooms. Additionally, the employee at the front counter was helpful, and answered all of my questions.
