There’s a lot I like about your services. The saunas are high quality, full spectrum, hot (170 degrees), clean, oderless, beautiful, large TVs withYouTube (no ads), showers (wish every suite had them). Staff is friendly and prompt. The whole experience is no-nonsense, as opposed to a pretentious spa. The reservation app is great, except I don’t know how I can’t tell how many sessions I have left in my monthly subscription. The South Tampa location is convenient to me, even though I wish it was closer to Hyde Park.

I love that the room is ready and waiting for me. That I am always welcomed when I walk in the door and they gladly schedule me for my next visit. They make me feel welcome and comfortable so that if I have a question I feel I can ask it.
