I was thoroughly impressed with the amenities at Perspire. The sauna rooms are gorgeous and offer snow showers (which I loved) and are even equipped with video and audio equipment for entertainment while you sweat. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have avoided dry saunas for years, as the discomfort from the heat bothered me. But, at Perspire, the heat doesn't seem to cause me discomfort. Plus, it is very enjoyable to be able to watch a favorite Netflix show while allowing my body to sweat out some toxins! The Red Light therapy is really beneficial too!!! The place is always clean, and the staff is very professional and helpful.

It sauna are very clean and I love that I can watch tv during my time and use weights and have a cold towel. The staff are always so nice and the facility has healthy items for sale. The owner hosts health related services to come in as well.
