As first time RV owners Ricky ensured we knew how to operate every aspect of the RV. He took his time explaining and answering our questions during the walk through. Great people. But the walk through was WAY to fast. 2 hour limit is not acceptable.
We are very happy dealing with Great American RV Superstore. Professional, courteous and informative staff. They give attention to every detail involved and give helpful tips. From the time we walk thru the door until we leave everyone took as much time as needed to cover all our questions. It doesn't get any better.
I lucked out. When I called to inquire about the unit I ultimately bought, I got Danny Tabor as a sales person. He did a great job for me (and for you, too, because I bought the RV). This guy is a worker.
Your Service Manager, Josh, was very professional and responsive. Tammy, in the Finance Department, was also very professional and helpful. My experience with all your employees I came in contact with was excellent.
I must say that the coach could not have been prepped very well because of all the little things that were wrong with it when I first looked at it (door hinges not adjusted, scuffs in the cabinet finish, the sound bar was just laying on the counter, etc,) but I must say that everything I found that needed fixing or adjusting, the service department took care of it and promptly.
This is the 4th coach I have owned and it was by far my best buying experience.

I like the price. I liked the salesman. Did not like the way they hooked up my new trailer to much tounge weight. I had to fix when I got home.
