The Dutchmen Astoria 260RK is beautiful and a great floorplan. It has some nice features, but it also has some major disappointments. Furrion has to be the worst RV supplier ever. The AC is a bad design. Instead of the temperature sensor being located in the thermostat, it is in the AC. Big problem. The temperature in the AC is not the temperature in the living area. The units cycle on and off frequently sometimes running for only a minute. When I took it in for some issues, I was told it had to be over 72 degrees to test. I was told also that the sensor was in the AC unit. With all the information on the WWW, I now understand the problem. Next up, Furrton microwave. There is no quick cook numbers 1-6 like every microwave I've owned. There's no add 30 seconds. It burns my bacon in the middle while raw on the outside (lays flat on a paper plate between two paper towels). I bought a $60 Hamilton Beach at Walmart that fixed those problems. I previously had a High Pointe that worked great. Furrion 12V fridge freezes anything touching the back. There are no 120V receptacles on the side with the dining and seating. In the bedroom I have to plug in my CPAP and electric blanket in a closet next to the bed. It will cost $200-$300 to get an electrical receptacle near the dining and seating, which I will do on my next visit. I now have an extension cord across the floor near the door. The cupholders in the theater seat have 4 holes in the bottom of each. where do spills go? Somewhere inside the console with no access to clean. I thought there must be an insert that was missing. Lippert Thomas Payne Support said nothing missing. I haven't found any issues with the Furrion range and fireplace yet. Having said all that, I wish I had never heard of Dutchmen Astoria. I won't have it long. I would suggest not selling any more of these. My problem is not with GARV. GARV has a good inventory and a well oiled machine. Maybe I can get a good trade at GARV.

Danny and the whole crew went over and beyond on my purchase. Had a few hiccups related to the manufacturer, but nothing to do with the dealer whatsoever. They were wonderful to deal with, followed up the way they should, did everything they were supposed to do!
