My recent experience purchasing a new Fleetwood Fortis from Great American RV Superstores was, by far, the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. Everyone, from salesman Mike, to sales manager John, to business manager Tammy worked to make the deal fit my needs. Purchasing a vehicle sight unseen is always a risk, but I found the motorhome to be clean and well-prepped. They even let me spend the first night in their campground to make sure everything worked as expected. There was one defect found that needed repair, but since I had to leave with the new coach, John arranged for the repair to be done at any facility I choose. Overall, Great American has a Great Approach to selling RV's that others would do well to copy.

Robert Gardner did an impressive job of explaining everything on our Grand Design 373FB-R unit. He was knowledgeable in all aspects of the coach and its systems and I highly recommend him as a walk-thru specialist. he also helped with first day materials to prevent damage to the coach and was greatly appreciated.

Monica was awesome to work with. Told her what we were looking for and she called as soon as one became available. Financing was a breeze and the young man that did our walk through was knowledgeable and offered lots of information and helpful tips.

Nice facility. Service folks namely Lance, and America were very helpful. RV was in your care for 8 months. The batteries were left unattended and I had to replace them, that is my only issue.
We are Jayco people the selection is great. The staff at our store is top notch. Maria is the best sales person we have experienced. The managers come out of the office to great you. The General Manager helped us hook up our unit as we were ready to head out. Great Store!!
