Good service, good people.
Great sales service.
I could not have found a better salesperson to help me than Mike Martin. He listened to what I was looking for in a great quality camper and an even better priced than I could hope for. All the people were very nice and helpful and I would recommend Mike and Great American RV as the best place to shop and buy an RV.
We've had several manufacturer issues but Great American RV has been GREAT!!!
Super bunch to work with!!!
The people that helped me with the process.

Maria Gillespie was a great salesperson to work with from start to finish! She always kept a positive attitude and kept us informed on our order status. She’s a really great representative for Airstream and knows the product very well. I wanted to do business with my closest dealer if at all possible, and the deal offered me on my camper allowed me to do that.
I understand the challenges with not having your parking lot paved, but PAVE YOUR PARKING LOT!!!! At least keep the concrete pad where we did the pre delivery inspection sprayed off of mud. There was no reason why that could not have been done. There was mud/dirt all over it. Even being careful there was red mud tracked all in our new camper and all over the floor mats in my truck.
Make sure your finance person understands the Airstream offerings. He spent quite a bit of time trying to talk me into a roadside assistance package when the Airstream comes with 3 years of CoachNet at no cost! I had to explain that to him.
Excellent sales and service people. Great price, great customer service introducing the new equipment. Excellent follow up in helping me to fix the “bug” that normally occur after the sale.
All in all, a great experience !!!
Salesman, Jimmy Middlebrooks was awesome and gave us a fair deal when we purchased our unit in 2021. Have had great experiences with the service department so far, only have used them for our annual inspections in the two years we have own our 5th wheel. Techs went above and beyond to explain some things to us that we did not understand.
The service rep that I have is excellent in keeping me updated on status and delays in servicing my 5th wheel. The store has been very receptive to my needs.
Honesty. Very polite. Good people. Enjoyed working with them.
Bought 2 campers so far from GARV. Sales and service have always kept their commitments to me. Both Grand Design campers we've bought from GARV have been trouble free and the yearly maintenance cost was reasonable.
The service was excellent and my salesperson was also superb.
Professional sales, finance and walk thru staff. Delivered as promised!
Quality and service
Quilla in the service department as a rock star!
The people that we worked with made the experience. They helped us understand and didn’t pressure us to buy on the first day on site. They care about you personally and your safety.
The staff at GA are so nice and helpful! I feel like family when there.
Probably the best service experience I've ever had with a repair facility. Our service consultant Reyna kept us aware of the progress, always calling me rather than me having to call to check. We had to wait several months for all the parts to arrive (no surprise) but we kept using our camper and Reyna would contact us each week throughout, letting us know of the progress. When all the parts finally arrived, they got us in and out quickly and our unit looks just like new. I can't say enough good things about our experience. This is how service should be done. Everyone else, take lessons.
Work was done well and on time. My tech Shelby Barrios kept me informed and the process on time.
While our purchase is too new to give accurate information on the RV, we can honestly say that everyone at Great American RV Superstore was a pleasure to work with.
From the moment I submitted an inquiry on the unit we were considering, Trent in sales conractwd me quickly and communicated theoughout our purchasing experience.
When we were sure we were ready to move forward with the purchase, Eric, in finance, contacted us for the required information and to setup a pickup day and rime.
We arrives feom Georgia about 5 minutes before our schedule 9:00am appointment and was greeted by Trent with a nice and warm introduction and handshake. He was justlike we expected after having multiple phone conversations over the past week.
They immediately began inspecting our trade in unit to verify ita what we promised as my wife and I looked at our new unit to be certain it was what we wanted.
While we were getting familiar with the inside, Jonathan came out to show us all the bells and whistles and how to use them. I pointed out a few very minor issues that I didn't expect on a brand new unit and without hesitation, Jonathan assured me they would all be addressed.
We proceeded inside to wait for just a few minutes for Eric to finish with a previous customer. Eric came out to greet us while we walked back to his office.
While we scampered the finance portion, the service department was addressing the aforementioned minor defects.
My wife and I went to have lunch at Shady Acres Village that was recommended by member of the staff.
We returned an hour or so later and our new camper was ready to hook up and head back to Georgia.
On Monday afternoon, the dealership reached out to me to ask if we had any issues while driving home.
I definitely recommended Great American RV Superstore in Hattiesburg, MS. It was well worth our almost 1,000 mile round trip.
You will not be disappointed with your purchasing experience.

Mike Larsen did a great job helping us with our purchase. This was our first RV purchase and we had .any questions to ask and each one of them fully answered so we could understand it.
