This is the 4th unit we have purchased from y'all. Prior to that we were not RV owners. Mike Trosclair was the best salesman we have had to date and an asset to GARV. He is the guy that made us not leave GARV. Our third RV and first 5th wheel after owning a Phaeton Motor Home and a Tiffin gas burner all purchased from GARV was an absolute lemon. We received it from your lot in Alabama with issues. The water lines had broken prior to our ownership and had to be replaced. The floor was rotted out and affected the slide not working. We were not made aware of the rot issues and found out about that after ownership. The floor on that slide had to be replaced 2 times. Not to mention all the other issues it was in the shop more than with us. If it was with us we were afraid to use it because there was Always an issue. The slides never worked correctly. Anyway you can thank Mike as we do, he is the reason we stuck with GARV.
We found our RV online as a discounted last year's model. After calling in, Charlie from the Calera, AL branch reached out, and provided exceptional service. We never felt pressure during the whole visit. My family felt welcome and provided for. Brad did an amazing job at our walk through, and Josh handled our closing very well. We have purchased feom Camping world before and it was nothing like this. Both Charlie and Josh have stayed in communication after the purchase to insure that we were still set up for family vacations with our New Class C. Hands down will recommend to anyone that will listen.

This was possibly the best customer service I have ever had. The representatives at the Columbus store communicated with me daily with updates. When the service was completed I had a problem with my truck in the parking lot and several mechanics helped me out during their lunch hour. It turned-out it was a fuse. These people were fantastic I can't say it enough.
We recent received excellent service (as usual) from our service advisor and the service technician, WIll, on a generator install and several warranty repairs. The work was done in a timely manner and we were kept updated throughout the time that our trailer was at GARV. We were very staisfied with the entire experience.

You have a friendly and helpful staff. The products I have purchased in the past have been very good.
The service tech that worked on my wiper and battery issues was very good. When asked if I could talk with him he was out with me in a few minutes. He explained in detail what he had done to insure that the electrolytes in the batteries were OK and the levels were topped off. He also explained in detail how he checked the wiper spines and secured the lock nut with lock tight. I really appreciated Keith (I believe that was his name) taking the time to explain to me what was done.
Service department has upper game 150 %, great service manager Drake Meir knows his department and keeps the tech on their toes
