Ronnie and his team in the repair shop worked hard to get our Bambi repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible. They made certain to keep us informed as to the progress being made, which was hampered by supply chain issues and insurance claim paperwork that were beyond their control. They make certain the job is done right, and to the customer’s satisfaction!

Having been around awhile I have learned that not are you just purchasing a large budget item you are also investing in relationships and service after the sale. I just happen to purchase my Reflection shortly after the Grand Bay purchase of the Rv dealership. I admitt there was a staffing and learning curve in the service department for awhile. The last 3 times I had warranty checkups and warranty work it was well organized and finished when I was told it would be. The girls at the service department in Grand Bay are good at their jobs and pleasant to deal with. Yes there is still a long waiting period to get in because of techs shortage I am guessing and that’s the only thing that is frustrating to owners. However have just about anything for your camper in their store.
