Maria was AWSOME!!! She was very knowledgeable of the RV's and made it very easy to choose what we wanted! The tech that did our walk thru was also very good and knowledgeable as well! The only negative thing I have to say about your business is the finance guy!!! He called a few days before we were to pick our camper up and was very pushy about wanting us to finance with him! First, I had already told Maria I was paying cash! Second, I also told him 3 times we were paying cash, but he would not hush!! I finally told him if I was going to finance it would be with my own bank and he still tried to tell me not to use my cash, that it was hard to come by! You really don't know how close I came to cancelling my purchase due to this one guy!!!!! I spoke with Maria about him, and she said he was temporary!
Danny was the best salesman ever. His knowledge and honesty is a breath of fresh air when going through the selection process.

First of all I'd like to say this was not our first camper purchase, so we've experienced another large camper retailer, which wasn't bad, but this was better. We really appreciated the fact that there was never any pressure. We had visited the Defuniak Springs location several times and was given free access to all the RV's in the yard with no sales person following us around. Once we made our decision our salesman, Justin, answered all our initial questions before turning us over to the finance team. Justin was there for any questions we may have had but once the purchase was decided Nolan Ray and the finance team brokered us a very favorable deal.
When we showed up to pick up our new 5th wheel a technician, Michael, not a sales person, spent almost two hours walking us around the rig explaining everything from how it works to how to maintain it. The finance team had everything ready and we were able to pick-up our new 5th wheel and get it home. The overall experience was outstanding! We like that we had access to other members of the team who explained everything we needed as we went along and again, no pressure to buy anything extra. I think this will probably be our last RV purchase but I would highly recommend the team at Defuniak Springs.

I told the salesman what I was looking for, he found several choices and worked within my price range and layout. He put up with me asking to see the same 3 that I liked 4 times so I could really compare them. Oh, the price was right also !
The service person who did the walkthrough did a great job explaining everything about this camper and fix my hitch for free so I would not have any problems after I left. He also got another serviceman to talk to me I case he was not there. Now I have 2 serviceman I know I will never have to see again because everything is great!
So far every year I have brought my RV there for its yearly maintenance. Everything was completed right the first time and returned to me in a timely manner including a few extra things that I wanted done
We have had a lot of problems with our new camper. However, when we bring it in, Kealy has been wonderful to keep us posted on the progress.
