Service department check in and service
We were traveling on a Saturday morning and had a problem from an overnight freeze. When we stopped your service writer was there to meet us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of us right away. I was introduced to the service manager, and service tech. The whole process took just over an hour and we were on our way. Thank you for turning a potential disaster into an easy fix. You saved our trip! My only regret is that you are so far away, and I can't use you more. We had our two dogs with us and they were also treated very well! Thank you so much!

Mr. Joseph Ernst made it a wonderful experience. He listened to our needs and provided excellent guidance. He was also extremely patient and sincere throughout the entire experience. Ryan did our walkthrough and I cannot say enough good things about him. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The "hitch" guy was great. He took his time and explained the process in great detail. The entire staff that we had contact with were also great (Finance and Service). We were treated very well and received outstanding customer service in all aspects of the process. The young ladies that worked at the sign in desk were extremely nice as well. We are very satisfied with our purchase and will definitely recommend Great American to others.

The dealership has been great with dealing with the warranty issues with our new Keystone. Keystone's waaranty department is very slow with everything and the dealership is doing what they can to keep our RV useable until Keystone's warranty dept gets their part taken care of.

My wife and I purchased the Jay Flight 174BH from GARV in Tupelo MS. Our salesman Brian Thomas was fantastic. This the first RV we have ever owned. Brian was thorough and complete when answering our man questions. He walked us through the entire process and has even checked on us a couple of times since we purchased it Monday 13 March! Everyone that we dealt with from Jim in financing, Brittany in in Parts and Dawson the technician that took us through our walk through and answered all of our setup questions were top notch! The service tech that worked on my wiper and battery issues was very good. When asked if I could talk with him he was out with me in a few minutes. He explained in detail what he had done to insure that the electrolytes in the batteries were OK and the levels were topped off. He also explained in detail how he checked the wiper spines and secured the lock nut with lock tight. I really appreciated Keith (I believe that was his name) taking the time to explain to me what was done.
