The overall process was a bit frustrating waiting on supplies and warranty approvals and such; however, she never missed a week without letting us know where were at.
Once everything arrived, as always the quality of repair work was outstanding. I also appreciate how they return the RV in a ready to travel condition (some places do repair work and leave trash and footprints everywhere).
Just nice to see the pride they take in their work.

We love our RV that we bought there, people were nice and service is great. But don’t buy all those extra warranty coverages. Maybe the base one but not the fabric or tire. It doesn’t cover real issues.
Great retail store with anything you needed. Service was excellent and problem found in less than an hour.
Great people who take care of their customers and treat people with respect. The work is completed on time and with great quality. If something is still wrong with the RV, the service department works to get it right until it is right.

I like that each employee takes the time to speak to customers. It gives me a feeling that my business is important to GARV. Whether it is the service department, parts area or the cashier up front, each person respects me as a customer/person. It also helps that your prices are better than I could find at Amazon.
matthew justus is without a doubt one if the most honest and genuine salesman i have ever dealt with. it’s because of his customer service and professionalism we decided to wait so long for our airstream. if it hadn’t been for him i would have shopped around. he is truly a asset to the company.
