Chuck was great on the walk through. Process was pretty easy. Wish we had the upgraded dashboard features and lane assist and braking assist but might add those later from Mercedes. Heather was helpful in getting things all set. Interior could’ve been cleaned better and fuel tank fully topped off.

We bought our used travel trailer from the Calera store. We live in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, so much of our dealing was done via email, texts and phone calls. Communication with our sales person Josh was great. He let us know every step of the way what was going on and what we needed to do to get the deal completed from afar.
When we arrived to pick up the trailer, everything was ready on time as promised.
Our delivery tech, Brad, was great. He walked us through all the features of the camper and gave us plenty of time to ask questions and check out everything. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the unit since he had done the prep work himself.
Another Josh, the finance manager, was friendly and knowledgeable. He had all the paperwork to close the deal ready for us to sign so it took less that 30 minutes to complete.
The $50 gift card was a nice bonus that we used to pick up a few items we needed from their store.
We looked at the prior review for this company before buying from them. Now we know why they get such great ratings! We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an RV.

All employees we had contact with were exemplary. That being said the walk through and pdi were lacking.
The interior was not filthy like the two we purchased last year however my wife and I still had to wipe down all surface areas and vacuum wood shavings from all drawers and cupboards. The exterior was dirty and water spotted, windows needed washed. I must note the tires were dressed properly and looked nice.
The service department is very knowledgeable and personable. They delivered my camper at the time they said it would be ready.

Service was excellent and timely, issues I had was no reminder of scheduled appointment sent by email to me, had to call to ensure appointment was still booked. Need to inform customers of the additional charge when using credit card. Would have paid cash if I knew ahead of time.
