Very friendly and reassuring. I enjoy the Webcams which make it easy to check up on my pupper. The informative brochure was very helpful about what to expect after boarding.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and kind staff. The rooms are kept as clean as possible when you have many fur babies. When I have had to ask for boarding on an emergency basis they have never turned me down.
My fur baby annot wait to get in the door and as soon as I make the turn into the driveway he is on his feet!

The hourly staff that interact with our dog are pleasant and say our dog is great and they love seeing her. The management at the Grand Rapids location have done everything possible to make not only my dog but us as uncomfortable as possible while being a customer and patron there. I have received multiple emails from the manager and GM from this place saying my dog is over stimulated and doesn't settle as they would like her to.
On top of the attitude given to us by Lilyrose, who is the most unprofessional representative of your company who continues to hold her position, despite multiple negative reviews and interactions. She continues to send me emails about my dog but the reports when the girls that actually interact with the dogs are always positive.
I hope you can see who is sending this review. We are currently looking for other options for daycare for our 1 year old boxer who is still a puppy. She acts like a puppy who spends time at a daycare who does not spend anytime treating ANY of the dogs in their care as individuals if it doesn't mean singling them out for behavior that upsets Lilyrose. My dog comes home smelling like she was bathed in whatever stink is left in this place. Comes home so dirty she needs a shower almost daily, and acts as though she has not been fed or watered properly even with direct instructions how to do so. My dog is not a trouble maker, she acts like many of the other dogs in your care. If you are sending me emails about her being over stimulated and telling me how I need to not send her to your facility as much as we do at 3 days per week, I hope you hold the golden retriever that is constantly biting and leaving scars on my dog, per the webcam, to the same standards. Also, in regards to these emails, why would other dog parents ask if my dog is gonna be there for their dog to interact with if she is such a horrible dog?
Clean up your act Dogtopia Grand Rapids, we are not the first one to write a review like this but I hope I'm the last. I will tell everyone in the area to avoid your services.
The boys did not have an overnight reservation for Tuesday night on the app, but they did for every other night we were gone. My wife emailed saying we would see the boys on Tuesday and I called Tuesday morning and left a message saying that we would pick up the boys by 4:30. When we arrived, there seemed to be confusion and we were told the boys did not have their exit baths and they were unable to refund us. We could bring them back within the week for them…that is probably not going to happen since work prevents us from doing that.
My two dogs enjoy coming to Dogtopia a couple times a month. They get the attention they need and have fun playing with the other dogs.

I love knowing that I can drop my pup off and she will be taken care of. My dog Mel comes home tired! She gets beyond excited when we pull into the parking lot! I love dogtopia and recommend it to anyone who has a dog.
Give invoices or receipts for payment
I like EVERYRTHING about your service with the exception of no toy or outdoor play, which I completely understandy why. I love the fact that they offer other services like grooming, dog products, etc. And the workers are so wonderful and it shows that they care so much about the dogs as if they owned the dogs themselves. This is just a wonderful place and I have shoped around, but it's the caring that keeps me bringing my dogs. Now if they incorporate Vet services or even pet insurance, and not through a third party, this would be the best dog place EVER!!!
I can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia! The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and clearly loves dogs. My pup came home happy, relaxed, and tired from all the playtime. I really appreciated the photo updates and knowing he was safe and well looked after. The facility is clean, organized, and professional. I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else!

My dog seems happy when I pick her up. I’ve been bringing my dog here for a few years now, and I’ve always had great experiences
The communication with fees.
The ease of making a appointment and the help on the phone and in person to help us get started Taylor was very instrumental in helping me Avery was there in the morning to great us and take care of Ollie.
