Great staff! Happy dog!
The last time my dogs were there, they lost the dog bowls I provided during their stay. This past weekend, I provided fluffy blankets for them and when I picked the dogs up I was told they were in the wash and I’d have to come back the next day. When I asked why they were being washed, they told me that one of my dogs had an accident. That has never happened before. The only reason it would happen is if she wasn’t being paid attention to and was in her crate for an extended period of time. When I got them home, I came to find that my female dog had terrible diarrhea. It persisted for 11 hours through the night, with vomiting as well. I don’t understand why I wasn’t called and told that my dog had become sick during her stay. Obviously nobody was paying attention. I’m horribly disappointed.

I love that my dog gets to play & interact with other dogs similar in demeanor. I also liked that I could check on him with the webcams, especially when I missed him being away on vacation.
Haven’t been there long enough to make suggestions
Concerns about the kennel cough. Other daycares in the area have seemed to avoid the breakout. Perhaps a more aggressive routine with cleaning, or identifying affected dogs sooner before the outbreak gets out of hand would help.
I must say, even though the cough has caused you to loose revenue, I certainly appreciate your continued honesty!

Convenient location (White Flint). Dogs seem happy. Staff are friendly and are also enthusiastic dog owners.
Cherry was incredibly accommodating and understanding, and Michelle was amazing and helpful! Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend Dogtopia Liberty Village to my friends and family!

The daycare area is clean and I appreciate the soft flooring for the safety of the dogs. The staff seem to genuinely care for the dogs. Dogtopia has fun events throughout each month to keep the dogs entertained like bubble parties, pool days, and photo days. We've received so many amazing pictures of our dog since he's been there.
The staff also took the time to get to know my dog and all of his wonderful quirks. I feel they truly understand him and he is in the best hands when he is there. The fact that he excitedly barks when we're within a mile of Dogtopia and runs to the door when we get there shows me how much he loves it there, too.
You all are so kind to our puppy and she absolutely adores the staff.

Dogtopia is a very safe place for dogs to play. My dog loves it! I love it, too because she comes home tired and relaxed.

Dogtopia is a wonderful place to take your pup. My dog loves to go, so excited when we pull in and is getting lots of exercise and love there. The app is easy and I can schedule daycare, boarding and spa services at any time.
The people are so friendly and show so much love to my pup. They are genuinely dog lovers and are always excited to see us.
I would recommend Dogtopia to all dog owners who are looking for some socialization, exercise, and grooming! They have it all!
