All staff members are so kind. The scheduling , drop off and pick up process is so smooth and easy. My dogs always come home nice and tired, clean and happy. It’s so nice to know they get to have play time when they are boarding for multiple days as well.

I really like the attention and care you provide the dogs. I like the enrichment and treats that make daycare fun and exciting for the dogs. I also appreciate the transparency with the web cams and also posting of pics on social media, so I can check on my puppy and see how she is doing .

Don’t need to make appointment. Can pick up and drop off easily. They always know my dogs name. And the variety of events they have week to week
Have been using Dogtopia for years. Our Biscuit loved this place. She passed and now we bring our new dog in Maya. The attention to cleanliness..front desk patient and professional. Your doggs need to be in daycare. Go no other place Name removed
Our dogs absolutely love Dogtopia! Their confidence has grown so much since they started going. They’re more willing to try new things, and they love playing with the other dogs. Our dog Piper especially LOVES pool days!
The staff is always friendly and truly seems to love our dogs like their own. I also really appreciate how clean everything is—they’re constantly cleaning the rooms and play spaces. We always feel good about dropping our dogs off knowing they’re happy and well cared for.

I love Dogtopia. The staff is so patient that even my elderly chihuahua who was introduced to Dogtopia late in life learned to love her dog coaches and her wee friends. I can’t wait to see how my 5 month old chihuahua adjusts in her meet and greet.
Kitty in grooming is a rock star. My 10 year old golden had so many mats on her because she hated her last grooming experience. I told Kitty everything and she met Dolly before the groom and then made sure to give her a lot of love and breaks during the groom. Dolly looked and acted like a new dog after her first groom. She knew she looked good and showed everyone! Kitty was so patient and did great on the second groom. We have a third one scheduled soon. Dolly should be the perfect before and after photos for how excellent of a groomer she is!

Place was always clean, dogs were happy to be there.
We left due to our dog being crated for very long stretches. Not being able to see him on the cameras and many times smelled like urine.
I love how much I trust the team at Dogtopia Bel Air to take care of Remi like she’s one of their own. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring, and it’s clear that they love the dogs they work with. I also really appreciate the communication and updates throughout the day—it gives me peace of mind knowing she’s happy, safe, and having fun while she’s there. Remi gets so excited when she realizes she’s going to Dogtopia, which says everything about how much she enjoys being there!

What is not to love. They treat my baby girl like she is theirs. The times I can’t make it in by pickup time they just board her and give her the comfort she loves. They will do anything to make sure they are safe and loved to the highest degree. Thank you for looking after my girl and giving her a second home.
Our dog, Milo, absolutely LOVES Dogtopia! Even if I just say the word “Dogtopia,” his ears perk up and he immediately gets excited because he knows exactly where he’s going!
All of the employees are incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and welcoming. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing that when Milo is there, he’s not only being well taken care of, but also getting plenty of love and attention. We can always tell how loved on he is when we pick him up — and he comes home happy and tired from the best day!
We truly can’t recommend Dogtopia enough. Knowing Milo is somewhere he genuinely loves and with people who care about him means so much to us!

They really take amazing care of my dogs
I have sent emails and left negative reviews about how you management handles business it's only an automated response on the review and no response to the email. There has been abusive and negligent practice at your location. Its disgusting there, my dog has had multiple injuries with no consideration or respect for me or what me and my dog have been put through. No apologies and nothing to make it right. My dog will never be coming back. Your regional manager was rude and inconsiderate.
Benson loves it there. He starts pacing on our day of the week to go there as if to tell me to get the lead out and get moving. The staff loves seeing my dog and they take really good care of him. Love the webcams too!
There has been an alarming turnover with management. There has also been a loss of fantastic employees such as Tay. There are many new faces and it seems the turnover for employees is quite high.
