Everyone on the staff is so frieNelly! - even though my dog doesn’t come often, she is always recognized by the staff as soon as we in. I appreciate that the manager gets to know her clients - when I come in to pick my dog up, she knows which one I’m there for before I even have to ask. They have also provided my dog with kibble when needed, the crafts are adorable, and I know my dog is in good hands.

When I come to pick my ladies up, the staff at the desk knows every customer and their dog by name. I’m impressed by how closely they pay attention to each customer! They even knew my dogs’ names after the 3rd visit. My ladies come home tired and that’s all i ask for. Mission accomplished!

Spa services requested were not provided and additional day of daycare charged for picking up 45 mins late due to being extremely sick.
The friendliness and care of the staff. I like that daycare is built into overnight stays.
My dog we well cared for and looked great. He doesn’t get professionally groomed often so he has a lot of hair built up when he does.
Our groomer did and EXCEPTIONAL job!! We just switched to dogtopia because of a bad incident at our last groomer and couldn't be happier with how our sweet boy looks.

The staff is very courteous and professional, plus they genuinely love dogs! The facility is clean and well-maintained. Anytime I have a question, the manager, Jada, is very prompt and responsive.

Everyone I met was very friendly and appeared to love dogs. I just wished since my dog obviously peed in his kennel that they would have rinsed him off before I picked him up. The smell was horrible.
