I feel the staff is sensitive to the dogs needs
It is very easy to drop off and pick up. You can also check in on your pup through the app has a camera to the room they’re in. They have a program you can buy that lets you drop off and pick up whenever you want, no need to call in advance or schedule an appointment. Just show up drop the pup and go. They are open weekends as well not all dog care places are for daycare
You guys rock! The minute my pooch sees the J C Penny’s sign she starts going nuts.
When we get inside she never looks back she’s skidding all the way to the playground!!

There was an overcharge on my account.
I provided notice in November of my December schedule specifically to prevent any billing issues and my dog’s daycare was booked through the Dogtopia staff. She did the schedule properly but I was subsequently charged for a three-day week over the Christmas holiday, even though my dog was only booked for one day.
When I brought this error to your attention, responsibility was placed on me rather than the mistake being acknowledged or corrected. This response was disappointing as I have been bringing my dog 3-5 days a week since June with almost 100 visits.
Due to this experience, I have lost trust in your company and have made the decision to move my dog’s care to a different provider. Thank you.

We feel our dog is safe and taken care of. Because of his age and small size, we like to see how he is doing on the video cameras. When his food items and possessions were returned they were all labeled and given back.

I love Dogtopia because my pup goes nuts for the staff there and loves her time in their daycare program. I refuse to let my pup sit by her lonesome at home while I am at work and Dogtopia provides a safe, clean, and fun place for her to go to socialize and play. The staff at Dogtopia is top notch, they do all sorts of activities with the pups and are very affectionate towards them. Dogtopia has helped my pup learn how to socialize and has boosted her confidence. I am so grateful for Dogtopia for providing exceptional care for my pup and giving me peace of mind!

We love Dogtopia. It is such a relief knowing our furry family member is in good hands while we are away. We know that while he is at Dogtopia he is on a routine of running, playing, & resting too. We really love that there is bathing/grooming available at the end of his stay. Last thing we want to do after coming home from a trip is giving him bath. We highly recommend Dogtopia.

Loving, caring, and smiling folks
The staff is fantastic. They make my dog feel safe and loved. They keep me updated with any concerns. I love that they offer additional services such as spa services, snacks and treats, and special weekly extras. They are amazing!
There have been several occasions where information was not clearly communicated. I was very disappointed today to drive all the way there only to be told that you were full with boarding dogs. It’s frustrating that this was not communicated well in advance. Additionally, since you primarily operate as a daycare, I believe you should not accept so many boarding dogs that it prevents you from accommodating daycare dogs.
My dog always is very stinky at the end of a play day. It’s a distinctive smell, maybe from getting her paws wet with the cleaning solution and other dog things around. I believe I would bring her more often. If I didn’t have to give her a bath after every time she was there.
I am very impressed with everyone who works at Dogtopia. They love the dogs and care for the dogs beautifully.
