We love the staff at Dogtopia Westmont. Brandon and his team are amazing. Our pup loves daycare and sleepovers. From the moment we drop our dog off, we feel completely at ease. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and clearly loves what they do. Our dog always comes home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Communication is always great, We wouldn’t trust anyone else—highly recommend!
The staff is amazing
Not gonna lie, you guys have an employee named Caitlyn who is kind of a word I can’t say with out sounding mean. She kind of interjected herself into a situation at the counter. Made assumptions about what was going on, had a patronizing attitude and when I pointed that out to her she. Apologized for the “miscommunication”. No it wasn’t a miscommunication it was you misunderstanding because you were jumping into things without asking any clarifying question to understand what’s going on. This was after she sat in the office area for several minutes as customers started to pile up in the lobby. I just hope she’s not a manager.

2 of the days I had my dog boarded, the cameras were not even online.
Every other time I was able to get connected to the camera, the quality was horrible and the image was almost always frozen.
On top of all that, of the few times the camera were actually working, the quality was horrible AND my dog was in a crate. Every. Single. Time. He was NEVER in dedicated room for the big dogs, staff just seemed to lock him up in the crate to watch the other dogs play.
When I texted the business to clarify why my dog was being kept in a crate for his entire stay, I did not receive a response.
After picking up my dog, there were scratches on his body that I was not even notified about. A borderline unfathomable level of discourtesy, unprofessionalism and misconduct.
The real kick in the gut is being charged 50% more than Camp Bow Wow, who provides dedicated cubbies as a base service.
I felt genuinely bad for leaving my dog in these people's care. I would cancel a vacation before using them if they were the only option I had to entrust my dog to.

We recently moved and had to leave the PV location. It took me months to finally make the decision because the staff is so kind and welcoming I couldn’t see my dog having a better experience elsewhere. Thank you for taking care of my Georgie.
Price is well above market rates compared to Camp Bow Wow and other options. Since opening, your prices have increased almost 100%
My dogs Charlie and Dash love going to Dogtopia. They are greeted with hugs and kisses from the staff and you can just see that the staff truly love loves our dogs. They have fun activities and an awesome social media posts. I just wish the cameras worked better.
Love the people there who take care of our fur babies. Always friendly and helpful, definitely recommend to everyone who needs pet day care or boarding!

Our dog, Otis, typically has issues with people/dogs he does not know well, but he adores every single staff member at Dogtopia. He gets uneasy when we go in the car but as soon as we step foot inside Dogtopia, his tail starts wagging and he will jump on the first staffer he sees. It’s a delight dropping him off at a place where we know he’s happy and engaged. We’re so grateful to have Dogtopia as a resource, and we’d recommend it to anyone!
