My dog Raya and I love Dogtopia and have always had a wonderful experience. I am beyond pleased with the staff and overall cleanliness of the Brick facility. If I can complain about one incident - the last time Raya was boarded at Dogtopia a gross amount of poop got caught on her rear and entangled in her hair and was never addressed. We were gone for 10 days and not sure the timing of when the accumulation started but it was disappointing picking her up and seeing her rear covered in poop.
Great service and everyone is very good with Abbey.
Abbey is so excited when we pull in the driveway and when she is greeted at the front door, her tail is wagging in circles. She loves Dogtopia!!!

My fur baby Alex has attended doggy day care at Dogtopia thunderbolt since 2024! He loves it and they take very good care of him. I’ve never had an issue. Staff is awesome.
Customer service on an issue
My dog loves going to Dogtopia for daycare. He gets so excited when we arrive. I feel confident leaving him for boarding. The staff is kind and friendly and caring. We are so happy to be a part of the Dogtopia family.
The team at this location is above and beyond! They take great care of my big baby and he loves to go in the door every time I drop him off.

The room is so small and overcrowded, no person should ever leave their dog there it looks like animal abuse.
Friendly hours and fun activities for my dog
I wish the video was available all day and there have been a couple of times when the staff put the wrong harness and collar on my dogs and even tried to send me home with a dog that was not mine because my dog "didn't come when they called his name".
Zoe was very well taken care of when we were on vacation for a week. She was very happy to be at Barktopia and is always excited when we arrive for a visit!
We always feel welcomed and my dog is very well cared for when we day care and board her.
Our, girl loves going there, & hates to leave. Plus, the women that run the place are fantastic, & definitely, are big time animal lovers.

The service team was very responsive and great. I think operationally it’s well run. My dog always came home tired and happy. 7am-7pm are convenient hours.
