I am so big on cleanliness! This place is super clean and it does NOT smell like dogs. I love the amazing customer service each and every time I drop my puppy off. This place is full of great dog staff and they are always watching close eye on our pups. I would recommend them 10/10. My puppy wasn’t as social due to waiting for all of her vaccinations and now she loves going to daycare twice a week. Thank you to the entire staff! Luna “lulu” loves this place!
My puppy contracted kennel cough the first week she was there.
Super professional and caring staff. Dogtopia in Davis transformed my rescue dog from an animal that was fairly non-trusting of humans and other dogs to a super-social, fun-loving creature. The best thing I ever did for my dog was to take him to Dogtopia, and I’ll always be so thankful to Cindy and her staff.

My mini-goldendoodle just loves Dogtopia! It gives he the chance to socialize with other pups as well as the coaches. While she is mostly an observer (not so much a player), the mental stimulation is really good for her. Thank you for bringing Dogtopia to Harford County!

Our dogs enjoy going to Dogtopia.
I have visited several Dogtopia franchisees, and it felt like a trusted branch. So when we moved to the area, I immediately looked up Dogtopia. However, my experience made me want to explore other options for my dogs because they heavily pushed subscriptions. It became very uncomfortable to pick up my dog because I knew they'd ask about weekly subscriptions and similar things. I explained several times that my dog is used to daycare and we don’t always need it; it’s more as needed. Despite that, they constantly pressured me to buy and set up services so they could get to know the place and see if my dogs would enjoy being there. It got to the point where it made me uncomfortable, so we decided to go elsewhere.

Attentive care when dogs are there. Staff is always friendly during drop off/pick up and shows they really care by making sure they have all necessary information (especially for longer stays). The special days on the calendar are also a plus.
This is my digs favorite place to be. The people are fantastic!

The staff has all changed due to your new management. one of the new people kissed my dog on the head thats awkward. the cameras are never turned on after 2PM. no fun activities for the dogs

We feel very good about leaving our dog in your care if we need to go out of town. It's very nice that we can check on them by calling or viewing the webcams.

The staff are great and know all of the dogs really well. They're great to communicate everything happening at dogtopia and with my dog.
We have used multiple daycares/boarding kennels in the area and Dogtopia is by far our favorite! The people are nice, the price is reasonable, our pup is staying active, and the webcams are great for checking in. I love the add on activities and love that they go to a good cause. My only complaint is that it would be nice if the dogs got a little more outside time - I see the outside webcam, but yet to ever see a dog out there. Overall though, we are very happy!
All the coaches are so friendly and kind to my pup. They have many fun days for the dogs and special treat days. They offer spa service so I can drop her off for a day of play and have her nails trimmed. This week she participated in back-to-school pics and enjoyed a fun treat day like Waffle Wednesdays or Meatball Mondays. Additionally, they offer options for lunch like a Salomon bowls.
There are cameras so you can check on your pup throughout the day.
The staff here are not only enormously caring, but very professional and organized. Our three-legged husky loves it!
