There are not enough cameras and they are not on all the time. The ones that are on are grainy and they don't even cover the entire area.
More space or outdoor space, I check the cameras and have a hard time finding my dog

Thank you dogtopia for taking care of Kai while we were on vacation. It is a relief to know that he will get exercise and social interaction while we are gone. Also, thank you for keeping up with his daily teeth brushing! I also appreciate the cameras that let me check in any time. It puts my mind at ease knowing he is well cared for while we are away!

We really like that Dogtopia provides a calm, structured, and loving environment for boarding. Leaving our dog behind isn’t easy, but Dogtopia, Susan and the Staffs there made it stress-free. They are attentive, caring, and clearly devoted to the dogs in their care. Instead of being stuck in a kennel, Rusty enjoyed supervised play, socialization, and lots of attention. The environment is clean and well-supervised, and our dog was well cared for from start to finish. Dogtopia was amazing for our dog’s boarding stay. Makes it truly feels like a second home for our dog.
All of the events are thoughtfully planned for our pups. It’s the best part of our week!
They are very concerned about keeping their place clean. People that work there seem to be motivated to make the dogs enjoy their stay. I’ve used other places, and Dogtopia is so much better than any previous service I’ve used.
We absolutely love this place! From daycare to boarding to spa services, Dogtopia is just the best. The staff is truly amazing — everyone is so kind, accommodating, and passionate about what they do. My dog loves coming here, which says everything.
What really sets this place apart is that it feels like so much more than a dog daycare. It genuinely feels like a family. The team goes above and beyond to make both the dogs and owners feel cared for, and you can tell how much they truly love the animals. I also love the special events they host — it’s such a thoughtful touch and shows how invested they are in building a community.
Huge shoutout to Ian, Clementine, Theresa, and so many others who have been so helpful. I’m so grateful to have found a place where I can trust my dog is not only safe, but happy and loved. Highly, highly recommend!

We've tried many daycares and what we've learned is they are only as good as the people who are staffing them. Well, the staff at Dogtopia Valley Forge is amazing! They all really love dogs, pay attention to their behavior, and conduct their business with care and understanding. We can rest assured that our pup is taken care of when we are away.
Good pricing, easy to schedule an appointment, the half hour before pickup call, friendly employees and my dogs left clean and happy. We were very satisfied with the service at Dogtopia.

Lainey lives Dogtopia and so do I. In room cameras are great to pop in and see how she’s doing. The activities and pictures are a nice plus. Clean and well maintained. Someone is always in the room with the pups. Great people. Highly recommend!
Always answer the phone. Availability to get my dog in is reasonable. They do a WONDERFUL job. Perfect cuteness when I pick him up.
Where do I start? After sharing my bad experience with the Dogtopia of Rocklin, I was told how great it is at this location. How everyone cares immensely about the dogs, how they supply photos, etc. I drop off my dog, am told to put him food on the tray on the desk, and come back by 6pm. I make sure to remind her to give my dog water and the broth I had in his lunch bag, during nap time because he doesn’t drink after other dogs, so I didn’t want him to get dehydrated. She says of course. I then remind her to put the food in the frig. When I return, around 10 hours later, the guy at the desk could hardly explain the different packages to me so I tell him I’ll just wait until I come back. Then I notice my dog’s lunch bag still sitting on that desk tray! His perishable food is still inside! I’m so upset that I tell the girl who is also at the desk and she gives me this careless comment about how she’s on the afternoon shift. As if I care or even know what that means! They bring the manager out who literally says how can I help you even though he was briefed of the situation. I tell him this was wrong, to keep my dog hungry and dehydrated for 10 hours! He apologized and that’s it. How do you say you care about dogs when you treat them this way??? Thank God my dog didn’t need medicine administered to him! And photos? What photos??? You are irresponsible and should not care for dogs.
