Pick up on Sundays and more reasonable pricing
I enjoy dropping my dog off as they always know his name right when we walk in the front door! We only go once a week yet they always know his name whoever is there. He’s so excited to go no matter if we’ve taken a week off. Occasionally, during the day, I will pull up the WebCam and watch his interaction with the other dogs. The staff is always attentive and never takes their eyes off them and are always watching out for each and every one of them. He is never apprehensive about going to Dogtopia at The Shire!

I love how much fun he has there. But he always comes back smelling of dog urine. Ice started getting him baths on the days he is there- but they don’t blow dry him. So he comes back smelling like sweet wet dog. Defeats the purpose of having the bath.
Everyone seems to truly care about your pet. When your dog beats you to the door, you know they are being treated with love and kindness.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would give a 10 but I need to see how my dog likes daycare first!

Our pup isn’t the MOST social and hides but the team are always helping her and including her in things to keep her happy. Truly respect everyone there and always fantastic

Miles, Monk and Ella gets excited the moment they know where they're going before we arrive at Dogtopia. It please me to know just how happy they are when we drop them off. We have no worries.

As a busy dog parent, it’s important to me that my pup stays active, stimulated, and well cared for. The staff at Dogtopia of Oakbrook Terrace are exceptional! They’re friendly, responsive, and always professional. The facility is spotless, and every dog is treated like family. My dog absolutely loves it here—he practically jumps out of the car before I can even get his leash on! Highly recommend! 🐶💛
