Our dog seems to enjoy going to Dogtopia. She doesn’t resist going and she looks like she’s having fun on the webcam. I think the staff is very personable and I have no hesitation bringing our dog to Dogtopia for daycare and boarding. I love the extra treats and activities they provide as well.
Very friendly, helpful staff. My dogs love going there almost every day.
Our Lexi is 16 years old and loves the staff at Dogtopia. She is too old to really play with other dogs, so the staff loves on her like we do. I feel safe knowing she is in good hands there.
The people seem genuinely caring towards dogs. Also, our dog gets to socialize with other ones and she loves it. She's naturally shy, but now that she's used to Dogtopia, she can't wait to get there.
Like being able to watch my itty bitty on the camera. She seems to have fun there vs a normal boarding. Will definitely be returning.
My dog was placed in a kennel for boarding when I specifically booked a suite. I was informed this occurred because of a “miscommunication among staff.” A discount was offered at time of check out, which is fine. However, now that I know staff do not communicate well I no longer feel comfortable boarding my dog here.

Quick and easy to drop off my dog in the morning before work. Familiar place for my dog. Prices are fine. All of the staff know my dog and are extremely friendly and attentive to me and my dog. Very happy with Dogtopia!
I like the friendly service and my puppy loves going there. It’s nice that she walks in excited and with her tail wagging!
Cassie loves playing with all the dogs. The staff cleans up right away after a dog does its business.

Everyone is very friendly. When our pup is told he is going to Dogtopia, he gets super excited since he loves it so much. He is well taken care of when boarded. He comes home super tired, but happy!

Really friendly staff, clearly take good care of our dogs
I feel the pets are very well taken care of I did have a problem with the grooming my dog looked great when she came out but then when I looked her over when I got home underneath was not groomed at all her face was dirty her nails were not trimmed it was almost like they just blew dry her to make her look fluffy otherwise all in all I think you are very good and would recommend your facility still on the fence about grooming.
I enjoy all the staff knowing my dog by name and being excited when he comes in. I enjoy the cameras so I am able to watch my guy have fun with his friends. I do wish they did activities such as "arts and crafts" or "movie day".

Ever since New Management took over things at the store have been much better. The staff seem to know what's going on everyone seems to know what they're doing and things look better and it just feels like things are happening. Thank you for taking care of my dog he really does love camp more than he loves coming home so the team is great thank you very much.
That my baby gets to be spoiled, play with other dogs and is worn out when she comes home!

Everything. The staff is exceptional and the facilities are clean. I appreciate the cameras, as well. We have tried other daycares and our dog did not seem to like going. He practically jumps out of the car to go in and see everyone. I know there was a “jail break” LOL from the outside area. I am hoping all publicity and positive feedback from people actually go to the Solon location grows your business. I know my friends are now asking me and they might start bringing their dog.

Our dog, Bear, really enjoys going to Dogtopia once a week. Certainly the highlight of his week. He loves the people and dogs. It is great that he gets such a good "workout". Always a little tired that night and next day.

We came in on a whim for nail trims. Everyone was so nice, the dogs enjoyed their time, and the price was lower than the place we have been going to. We will definitely be back and we will spread the word about this fun, new spot!
